I got the spicy salmon sushi tray and miso soup. The sushi wasn't that good, I tasted more avacado than salmon and it didn't really give spicy salmon. Miso soup was also missing the classic seaweed chunks and tofu bits. It's essentially just miso paste and water. But it's okay if ur hungry I guess.

BiBab Express only had sushi available in take out containers when I arrived. I selected the spicy Salmon and salmon nigiri tray.The food stall itself is nothing special looking it kind of reminded me of a 90s food court type vibe, but the building it's in is also from the 80s - early 90s so no big deal.The spicy Salmon rolls were actually really good and I quite enjoyed them. They were not very spicy but they had good flavors. The nigiri was nothing stand out but for a cheaper take away place they weren't bad.

I have no idea why this place was rated 1 star...For the price and portion, this place is fantastic.The owners are honestly some of the most genuine and kind people I have ever met. They go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.I highly recommend Bibap Express to anybody that wants great tasting poke bowls, lunch specials, or sushi burritos.
