The Booster App is really poor. I placed an order in my favorite and didn’t realize the location is saved along with the location and not just your order. Why??? Then my order was placed at Union Station in Toronto whereas I am here at Markham. I went to the store and spoke to a guy and he said they cannot do anything as the order is at Union. The app said to call a number to cancel and its someones personal cell. This is so unprofessional after spending $11 for a juice this is the experience you get. Never ever happens at Starbucks , they would just give it to you. I showed him the order and he said to call HQ. The HQ is closed and i just wrote a request. I doubt i am going to hear back. The experience is really poor for the price you pay for. Not acceptable!

Hubby redeemed the free drink today at 16th Ave & Hwy 48 location. Plenty parking at the plaza. Cute interior, very clean. Excellent customer service. The staff Anissa & Ghumita are very friendly and polite. Definitely come back to get more drinks ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I wish I could give this place a -5 star. The worst customer service | have experienced by far. The manager is rude, disrespectful, and dismissive. He needs way more training on how to deal with customers and employees properly. I am truly disgusted and disappointed. My advice would be to go to another location.

Ordered "Oranges and Cream" but was served an "Ice with 1/4 orange and 50ml of cream"This is legit 60% of the cup filled with ice, i got probably 150ml drink for $10.I liked the drink but this is too much ice for my liking, I would prefer a "no ice" option, not sure if you can ask for it, but I will try next time I visit the franchise
They close at 8:30pm on Fridays. Well at least today (March 17th) they were closed. No after workout shake for me :(. They should update their hours.

It’s first time ever someone has asked me if I have allergies and recommended me a new smoothie açai avalanche (very refreshing). Although it was very busy around 12 pm today but the guy in black shirt took his time out and provided brilliant customer service. Give a shout-out to this guy . I guess his name is Avi. Definitely coming back .
