I'm a regular customer and it's funny how they gave out other people coupon card (where you get FREE combo meal for every 10 combos you buy) for a free meal but haven't given me that card even though I'm a regular and constantly buy multiple combo meals! I don't know if its because of racism but I had to ask for that card and they just had lots of those cards just on the counter and did it not occur to them to it to to customers and not be selective or exclude customers?!?!ALSO, when the meat is almost gone and I asked when the new meat is coming they kept giving me vague answers and telling me I have to wait an hour when all the meat is gone and again I don't know if they are lying about the time. It was a weekend and thats they're busiest time and wouldnt they have prepared that meat ahead of. Time. Maybe they already have it but lie to me so I would have the old meat and they wait until I'm gone to give the new meat to other customers. Shaking my head.

Stingy. I've been a regular customer for a while, and I'm sad to say the portions are getting smaller and smaller. They'll put out huge trays fresh, and give you a miniscule amount of a mountain of meat. Here's this week versus last week. The staff are always rushing you to decide before they're done with the previous dish. This place sucks now.

I don’t understand why your food container is 50% smaller than before, less less food but ironically you even increase the price. It’s rediculous n unfair practice to your regular clients. What’s your next step?

I got the combo 1 with bourbon chicken, mashed potatoes, and the most delicious corn I've ever had. The workers were nice and got my meal together quickly.

The "manager" (middle aged lady in the cap from my photo) is a complete garbage human being and should not be in a service related position. Avoid this place!

For the typical American Chinese restaurant, the Bourbon St Grill in Markville is actually quite nice. The food tastes fresh and they have a lot more variety than other locations, such as their jambalaya rice pictured. Staff were pretty helpful with the options and I'd say this is one of the better food court restaurants
I'm actually surprised at the amount of 1-Star ratings that they've received, because my lunch today was fantastic. Both women who served me couldn't have been more polite than they were, my container was over-filled with lots of food, and everything that I had, tasted great. I'll definitely return to this location, no questions asked!

Stay away. A big step down compared to other Bourbon St Grills. I usually enjoy BSG at Vaughan Mills and other locations, so came here hoping for reliable quality and had it for the first time. Instead the food was tasteless, portions small, and the meat looked low quality. Definitely not worth even $5 for a 3 item meal. This branch appears to be on it's way out and owners are cutting costs and quality in the meantime. Unlike other BSG, there are no lines and now I know why.

When at bourbon street grill today, my group of friends experienced very poor customer service. The manager was very rude, and took issue with us ordering mashed potatoes. The other employees were lovely and had no problem with it, but she was particularly aggressive in her response. I would have understood if we were told that we couldn’t order just mashed potatoes, but I took issue with her response to the situation. I understand that it can be a very hectic atmosphere especially during busy times, but please improve customer service. The food was good though.

The server was super rude, and for some reason the bourbon chicken I got smells like....hot dogs? Bizarre.
