A decent HK cafe spot. Food is not amazing but is pretty ok. Do come here often when looking for a quick eat that's just good enough to satisfy. Their chicken wings though, are pretty good.

We came here at 4pm which is plenty of seatings. The Spaghetti Bolognese arrived to my table promptly. The Indonesian fried rice with Grilled Chicken is delicious. Both the portions are large that I can separate them into 2 meals. The server is friendly and helpful.

Been going to Hollywood cafe since it started in Pmall, this place has changed alot since then. Some for the better and others worst.

Their spaghetti Bolognese is lacking each time I go, but still eatable but nothing compared to its original recipe.

And they add weird items are clearly a rip, the toast with condensed milk is 2 dempsters slices with condensed milk not the usual thick 3inch toast and just out of curiosity ordered the piglet bun with condensed milk.

Don't even understand why these items are on the menu, only people who would order either or are usually people just too bored or high for their own good.

Like take a look at the pic, this bun with a spritz of condensed milk. This masterpiece is called a piglet bun with condensed milk and for the bargain price of 2.50 you can really taste the dissatisfaction and sadness.

They said they have the best chicken wing in town, I went to try the wings last week, very disappointed, the wings are super tiny and not juicy. Services slow seems they short of staffs.

Food is good. Price is reasonable. Waiters are nice and attentive. Most of time we got seated right away or just a few minutes wait. We ordered Japanese style grilled chicken ramen and baked pork chop with rice. Portion was good. Food was delicious. Will come again.

Thank you for being a consistent food establishment through all these years, in food quality, value, atmosphere, and service. Given how everything keeps increasing prices and seemingly just all around trying too hard, I really appreciate City Hollywood for staying humble, true, and solid amidst the ever-changing food scene.

Rude waiters, especially one who saw us coming but ignored us, then rudely told us to wait. Didn’t even get to eat.

When we arrived, no one acknowledged us for several minutes. After we approached a staff member ourselves, their attitude made us feel like we were being a nuisance, and we were told to “please wait.” We then waited almost 15 minutes. During that time, another customer walked in and was immediately seated and served. This was extremely frustrating and felt unfair and unprofessional.

Our family fav spot. The food is great, must try the Indonesia fried rice, Bolognese spaghetti and the soup. They always taste good, fresh, hot served.
The price is very reasonable. We like the atmosphere here, retro feeling, no one bother you, blended to the crowd but still have your own space to chat and enjoy the food. And there is nothing like fancy service here, the servers are friendly and focusing, not type of fake & over-friendly attitude (just for a big tips). Feel very warm and feel like home whenever coming here.
