Terrible experience. I ordered a large mango slush, it turns out a large ice slush. It’s full of ice. I’ve tried mango slush from other stores and they all 100% better than chatime. I will never drink Chatime ever again. This is how disappointed I am.

I had a disappointing experience at your store recently. While the overall service was good, the cashier’s attitude and inability to handle a simple customization request were frustrating. I understand that orders can only be placed with a standard 50% sugar option. However, when I asked during preparation to reduce the sugar further (to less than 50%), the cashier outright refused, claiming it was not possible. I’ve tried making similar requests at other stores, and they had no issue accommodating me. Why is it that your staff cannot understand or fulfill such a straightforward request? Is it a lack of training? Cups and syrup are measured quantities—it’s not hard to use less sugar if the customer requests it. On top of that, the cashier’s attitude was terrible, with expressions that made me feel disrespected, as if I were being unreasonable. I’m still paying for the drink; all I wanted was less sugar. Is customer customization no longer allowed at your store? If so, perhaps your team needs to be retrained on both flexibility and basic customer service skills. Such an attitude is completely unacceptable.

They kicked us out 30 minutes before the store closed despite there being two people still sitting at the bar. We felt targeted when the employee kicked us out. Their service was not good so we will not be going there ever again.

Be careful of the CUP!!! When you insert the straw.
I was loyal customer of Chatime, however the CUP quality is beyond horrible. When my sister was inserting the straw, the cup exploded in the store. And none of the staffs apologized or offer a new drink. They were just focused on cleaning, they didn’t even said a word. You know the excitement feeling when you want a bbt, you had it on hand and then this happened. We were highly upset and left. Saw same review about the cup and luckily this situation didn’t happened in my car.
If they cup has quality issue, please inform the customer and give us proper instructions. This not the first time we drink bbt and this is not the only bbt stores around, so we came to chatime for a reason, then this happened. Highly disappointed.
I had been in the chatime by Leslei/Elgin Mills. One time the bbt slipped from my hand and dropped, the cup broke and there they offered me another drink without me asking. That’s customer services.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The quality of the cup was terrible. When we inserted the straw, the cup cracked open, spilling tea all over our car seat and pants. We returned to get a replacement, but the staff was incredibly rude, blaming us for inserting the straw too forcefully. Shouldn’t she apologize for the cups being so thin and cheap that they can’t withstand any pressure? She didn’t even apologize for ruining our pants and getting sugar on them. When we asked for a new cup, she continued to blame us for using too much force. We were so afraid about inserting the straw ourselves that we asked her to do it. When I reminded her to wash her hands first, she stared at me and started attacking me verbally again. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish.

I've ordered from here multiple times. This last time has made me never want to order from here again. I orders a regular cold passion fruit tea with poping Boba (lychee). Instead I received a regular with bubbles. This drink wasn't for me but for my wife on an extremely hot day...beyond disappointed.
Chatime hits the spot just when you need that kick of something refreshingCame here with son’s rep volleyball team alongside a couple other teams in the same banner of teamSo about 40 drinks and chatime was amazing. Made all the drinks within half hour for everyone and NO MISTAKES!Location is awesome just for that! And the five stars alone for this is due to that factThe team never lost composure and didn’t even flinch when the orders were flooding inThe parking lot here is super busy but they also have an underground parking, which seems less used. So that is always an option.Great job overall
