Got a roasted milk tea with no ice from this location and the drink was very watered down compared to other locations. Should have looked at reviews cause it seems like the norm at this location.

Unsanitary. One employee handling mop and making drinks, while another handling garbage and making drinks. Neither of them wore gloves or washed hands. The floor also had an unpleasant odour afterwards. Drinks took 15min to make. Was very diluted and tasteless, incredibly disappointed.

This is a great spot for bubble tea. The drinks are always tasty, and they have a lot of flavours to choose from. The pearls are just right, not too soft or hard. The staff is friendly, and the service is quick, so it’s easy to pop in and grab something. Definitely recommend if you’re into bubble tea!

Went yesterday (Aug 17), around 6 PM. The workers here should be wearing gloves or washing their hands with soap thoroughly..
The person who took my order and assisted in making my drink, was touching garbage and then saw me waiting so he ran and washed his hands for the span of literally 5 seconds. That’s how long he was at the sink. I was disgusted and did not enjoy my drink knowing someone who was JUST touching garbage cans and used garbage bags had assisted in making my drink. Please teach your workers how to wash their hands properly.

I don't know why the milk tea made in this shop has no taste at all. I asked for normal ice cubes, but they didn't give me any. The milk tea tasted like it was mixed with water. There was no taste at all, it was like drinking water. I was really angry and I won't come here again.
