Everytime there's a promo (Supercup) they never have it. Always a different excuse (no cups, no lids, no ingredients, etc). Always a waste of time coming here.

Anyone know anything about mold? Is it safe to consume beverages from here? It has a green pass sign for food inspection, but the ventilation on ceiling looks like suspect. No issues with service and food, just wondering if this is a health hazard.

The place was clean, and service was great. However, the bubble tea unfortunately was subpar. We tried the new “Very Mango Slush” expecting it to be similar to the “Mango Diamond Slush” at Real Fruit Bubble Tea, but it was really not comparable. It didn’t taste like real fruit juice at all, and the added jelly didn’t have any flavour either. We’ll be sticking with Real Fruit Bubble Tea in the future.

This bubble tea place is located at Markham downtown where the VIP cinema is, open till 12am. There are over 30 different kinds of drinks in there menu, they also serve cakes there but limited options. To skip the line and save the waiting time, it is suggested to pre-order online and go pick up.

I ordered the lychee and passionfruit bubble tea, and unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy it. The flavors tasted artificial and lacked the freshness I was expecting. The texture of the tapioca pearls was also off—too chewy and not as soft as they should be. Hoping for a better experience next time.
Ordered a Jasmine Jade GMT (Green Milk Tea). Tasted like water with no tea taste and they forgot the milk.. they need to retrain their employees or hire new ones.. disappointing.
