normally this is my fav location i always get matcha w crema..the barista mixed in the crema which defeats the purpose of the topping. i told 2 baristas there’s no crema and ofc i didn’t wanna bug them bc they’re busy but it’s just frustrating bc i paid an extra $1.20. i like to sip the top of my drink to try the crema first before i drink the drink or vice versa. if i wanted it mixed i would’ve mixed it in myself.

Ordered two blind box drinks. One had toppings while my matcha zen trio has zip. I don't understand how half these chatime always mess up it's really not hard to read and out things in by what the ticket says. Very very very upset with today's transaction.

An incorrect order was inputted, which is my fault. When asked if I could have it changed, the person behind the counter was very rude and had an angry attitude towards the response. I suggest hiring people with strong customer servce experience with excellent attitudes.
