I am a regular customer to this chatime location. The staff here are very friendly, and drinks are served quickly. To my surprise, Kavin remembered the details of my order only after a couple of visits.

Terrible slow service, place is understaffed while drink stickers and cups are piling up. Could not even get my order in and was waiting in front of the till with no one else in line and staff couldn’t even acknowledge or at least say give me a moment. Did not even leave with drinks, and even if we did, probably would’ve had to wait another 30 minutes to get one drink.

Ordered a matcha strawberry latte with tapioca. It was made in a very half effort way. After the drink was made, it over filled completely and she diluted it with ~20% cold water. The taste was quite bland as you can imagine. There were more people coming in so I decided to not make a fuss about it. But this Chatime location is always a hit/mostly miss. There's no consistency in making the drinks and very rushed even when it's just a couple people in line. I cannot imagine the quality of the drinks cranked out when it's summer and actually super busy.

Were extremely rude to me and my family they swore at me it was unbelievable. The drinks didn’t have any flavour in it. I’ve been going to this is the 2nd to 3rd time this happened. This is unbelievable never come back. I thought they would’ve changed, but they never have This is Just not OK

I love this chatime location. The environment is great. I always see this one worker Kavin and he always recommends me new drinks when I ask! He always has me leaving with more than I expected when I came in :)

I am a regular customer but had a bad experience today. Ordered mango juice. It had no flavor. It was just cold water. Also the person taking order was very unprofessional. Management should focus more on training the staff as quality is going down

I came to this Chatime to order a drink for the first time. The cashier was one of the nicest cashiers I have came across in a Chatime. Upon ordering my drink, I went to sit down and overheard the way one of the other workers was talking to the cashier. She was obviously a trainee at the time. This woman spoke so disrespectfully to this trainee, and made the atmosphere so uncomfortable. I have never had an experience like this before. As someone coming to this Chatime for the first time, I will NOT be coming back as I wouldn't want to support a workplace that treats their employees with such disrespect.
So I guess after spending 30 dollars in drinks at this location in Markham I don’t deserve a15 cents bag to transport my drinks I just going to say something you guys suck shame on you
