The staff with tan skin and reddish hair has really bad cuatome service. She's wearing a trainee apron. She purposely made us wait for long for no reason, and the way she talks, u can tell she doesn't wanna work here or serve customers, then please don't.

I've been extremely dissatisfied with the Chatime at Castlemore recently. The issues are: 1) I ordered a Matcha Strawberry Latte, but it had absolutely no milky flavor—just a watered-down taste with no strawberry at all. The color was off too, completely green. 2) The tapioca pearls had zero sweetness and were completely flavorless. I suspect this location has been cutting corners lately. I won't be ordering from them again.

Cha Time Castlemore is honestly one of the best bubble tea spots around! The drinks are always delicious, fresh and made just the way you like them. The team here is so friendly and welcoming , service is quick and you can always count on your order being perfect. I can not tell you how much I appreciate them all!

Chatime is hands-down one of my favorite bubble tea spots. The drinks are always on point — great flavor, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of sweetness. You can really taste the quality. I usually get the Thai milk tea with pearls and it’s always so satisfying.
What really stands out, though, is the service. Everyone working there is super kind and helpful, even during the rush. They move fast but never make you feel rushed. The space is also clean and well-kept, which makes the whole experience even better. Love coming here — it’s the kind of place you keep coming back to.
