This is your average Chatime. Personally, I prefer it over some other bubble tea chains and shops at Pacific Mall. I got the Thai Milk Tea this past Saturday, and it was lighter compared to other Thai milk teas I've had (I saw a couple of people with darker orange colors). Maybe they added too much milk or something, but it’s not a huge issue. However, I found the sugar level way too high; I requested 80% sugar, but it tasted more like 100%, which was overly sweet. I couldn’t really finish my drink after that. I believe this is a franchise, but they close from Monday to Thursday and only open on Friday to Sunday, which I think is inconvenient since that’s the only Chatime location at Pacific Mall. I’ll still return, obviously, but I think that Friday and Sunday might be their busiest days, so that could be why. 🧋✨

I ordered through the app and it said that it was open and let me place an order. When I arrived at the store, it was closed. I tried calling and no one picked up. I don’t get why the app let me order when the store was closed. Atleast update your app and not fool people into spending money at a store that’s not even open for the day.

I ordered a Taro smoothie. I gently tried to put my straw in. When I did the cheap cup split all along the side and spilled all over me and everyone I was with. I have been drinking from similar places for years and never had this happen. I won’t be returning to this franchise.
Signature tea is horrific I can make the same at home with a Lipton teabag .?

I used to buy taro smoothie large and medium size for me and my son. But just today the crew she fill up the large cup and when she poured the last smoothie for my medium cup but it’s not enough smoothie for medium cup. What she did she put ice on the blender not the flavour just ice only and when I zip my smoothie ice not smooth I can bite the ice .
