We saw the ad in FB about the LNY promo and reminded us to go and get our drinks today. We went to the Woodbine one on 16th today. Got 3 large drinks but got nothing to peel. My kids were very disappointed. They still had the posters about this promo at the counter and at the entrance of the store. When I asked after we got our drinks and found out there were no peels on the cups, they said they didn't have it anymore and asked me to go and check other stores. If that's the case, why they didn't notify me when I ordered and why they still put the poster right in front of the cashier? Very disappointed. The girl who took our order was not friendly as well. My kids have been ordering QQ drinks with the preference of more coconut jelly than pearls but they said we could not do that. I don't think we will go back to that store anymore.
