The matcha tea with crema was not what I expected. It was watered down I thought it would be having milk. Took one sip and threw it out. The dragon salted egg was good from Bake Code.

Bubble tea these days are not cheap , today i bought a lychee with jelly n tapioca for a special price. Very disappointed! It was water with jelly and tapioca. Just watching them make it made me think if my drink would taste good. I asked for no ice … the cup was half full wen they added water to fill up to full cup! If it was not the ice it was water! But atleast ice would slowly melt … this drink had NO tea taste at all. 12$ went to garbage. Super disappointed ! I hope you see this and make a change. Adding some tea to a bubbleTEAAA would yotally make sense No?

Same with the previous review, I was unsatisfied with the free drink promotion that came with buying a $25 gift card. The cashier said the system was down and their register couldn’t scan it, which was the same thing when I went there around half a year ago to redeem my lunar new year promotion (the terms and conditions on the drink promotion did not say participating stores only). Had to take public transport to the next nearest Chatime where the promotion did work. This store really needs to fix their promotion scanner.
Not giving it a 1 star because their staff and drink quality is goos, service speed is average. Just 2 stars so the manager/higher-ups can see this and prevent future people using promotions to have the same frustration as me.

it's a regular chatime, just a bit slow when it comes to receiving our orders. Otherwise no issues.
The workers are not friendly and don't even notify us when the drinks are ready. Would not come back.

Bad customer service. Also told to download new app which I scanned QR code and went to their site which guided me to 'download' new app. Which led me to the app I already have. Now I can't get my points back like he said there's a function for me to scan my receipt to get my points back. Asked for less tapioca, they gave me same 1/3 of the cup of tapioca, asked for no ice and they gave me ice, bbt wasn't made well. Felt like I was talking to a robot. Asked to change drink to hot even to pay extra for it they said no.
