Watery drink and when told no changes were made, never had this kinda experience with another chatime branch.

Finally found my go-to matcha roasted milk tea. The only store that doesn't have watered down roasted tea or matcha.

Should be zero stars, drinks are watered down and have no taste. The male worker there is incredibly rude. Cannot recommend to anyone

I’ve never had such a terrible bubble tea before. It’s so watered down that it basically tastes like plain water. The tea and milk don’t blend at all, and it feels like they intentionally diluted the ingredients just to cut costs. Even the grass jelly tastes like it was made with way too much water. The color is also much lighter than it should be. Overall, extremely disappointing.
Came in to get my regular order (LRG Honeydew Milk) . Hospitality always the best and never gets my order wrong. Tastes very delicious.

one of the worst chatime’s i’ve been too. It’s so crazy to me that your paying around 8$ per a drink and they can’t shake your drink like how other places do?? They literally add ingredients to the cup and after sealing it they shake it up, that’s the reason all ur ice melts before you get it. Don’t get how they can’t take the 30 seconds to make your drink the proper way. Save your time and your money by going to any other location that makes your drink worth going and not selling super hard tapioca.
Ordered a few drinks with tapioca and everyone in the group that the tapioca was hard and not chewy at all. The tapioca pearls tasted stale as if they were cooked really long time ago. The milk tea also tasted diluted although we did not get ice.
Eleanor and her team were friendly and efficient. They made sure I got what I wanted and were knowledge about their drinks. Will be back.
