We tried chatime pearl milk tea and didn't need to add extra pearls because the good thing is it's already comes with pearl ??

The staff are super fast and kind. I've never had a bad order from this chattime, they're so efficient.

I redeemed my birthday drink at the Markville Chatime and unfortunately this will be my last time visiting any location. I got the Iron Goddess Milk Tea with tapioca, the drink had absolutely no tea flavour. I was essentially drinking water downed tea with tapioca syrup. The consistency of their drinks at each location is too unpredictable that I'd rather visit other bubble tea locations in the future. Overall the location was clean and the staff were nice.

Very bad service , We wanted to redeem the money on the promotion drink but they didn’t redeem the money for us and we paid for the original price, and then we wanted to cancel the order and buy another drink but she didn’t listen. We almost paid for another drink. This drink we bought was $7 but the quality was bad, tasted like syrup.

Do not waste your time and money on the milk tea from this place. It was super watered down and lacking in any sweetness, leaving me very disappointed. It seems like I'm not the only one who's had this experience judging by these reviews. If you want a good bubble tea, I suggest going somewhere else.

I’ve ordered 4 drinks in large size today and was given a 4 cup drink holder tray to hold my drinks. The drink holder tray was very flimsy and shallow and does not fit the bubble tea cups at all. The cup size is smaller than the cup hole which gave room for the cups to move around in the tray. After leaving the store, two of my drinks fell to the ground due to the fact that the tray was unpractical. Immediately I went back to take to the “assistant manager” about the issue and she was not able to provide any agreeable solution to this problem. Not only did she not apologize for this, but also kept blaming the head quarters for the cup holder supplies. We asked her to remake the drinks that spilled, but she said she couldn’t do it due to inventory management issues. To be honest, what inventory is there to count? The number of tapiocas used on a monthly based? Or the amount of free tap water this is used to make drinks? Her reasonings were very lame. Since these drinks were for me and my team, it made all of us really disappointed. I am very upset about the assistant manger’s way of handling this situation, and most importantly the attitude she gave when we spoke to her about the incident. My team and I have all decided that there are better bubble tea stores in the mall other than Chatime Markville Mall.

Horrible service and customer experience. They have misleading information on the menu. They have popping Boba on the menu and I said I want Boba. Which they gave me tapioca. MISLEAD CUSTOMERS AND CHARGE EXTRA TO CORRECT THIS MISLEADING INFORMATION

Horrible service and excuses. Got the wrong order and want me to pay extra. Then he told me that boba is tapioca. Boba is not tapioca! What an excuse. Terrible. Extra charge me for boba because of their mistakes. The guy is mean and rude.

Their roasted milk tea is truly amazing! It always tastes strong (but not overly strong), sweet and refreshing! Also, the environment is nice and service is decent.

If you're familiar with the mall you will know that there are manny options for bubble tea. I went to this location asking for a small hot drink. The worker said they ran out of small cups and I would HAVE to purchase a large size. I have never heard of this excuse in all my years of ordering bubble tea. In fact, my local Coco bubble tea shop has been out of small cups for months and they have been honouring the small price, while serving in a large cup. This lady must have not wanted business.

This place skimps on ingredients. It's all water. Their 100% sugar taste like other store's 50%. I ordered mango green tea. Can't taste any mango at all and I can taste black tea not green. Stay away from this location! Chatime needs to quality check this location!

Purchased a jasmine green milk tea and the drink had no tea flavour at all which was very disappointing. It was like drinking milky water. Also, the tapioca had no sweetness to it. The staff was kind enough to change our drink but even that was disappointing. Overall, the drink was not good but Id say the service was good.

Chatimers, had a pop-up food truck at the plaza 5221 Hwy 7 #900, Markham, ON, across the street from Markville Mall. I was invited over to try their bubble tea. The staff exuded high energy and a warm welcome, creating a fantastic first impression. Their enthusiasm for what they were doing was infectious and made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

As a regular bubble tea lover, trying their two unique flavors was a real treat. I was thrilled to learn that they have 1000 locations worldwide – I'll definitely be on the lookout for them. Cheers to Chatimers for a bubbly delight!
