Chicha san chen has amazing depth of tea flavour! You can really taste the difference in tea quality and despite being super busy, the team here moved the line really fast. My favourite is the taro queen!! Perfect bubble tea for taro lovers!

Overpriced &bland, I am sure there are lots of bubble tea shops around can offer a better service & tasty choose than this!

Got the same regular sugar regular ice honey green tea like I do at both the Ossington and the Huron location and the taste was not consistent. The drink tasted like green tea with very light sugar

Great tea

The tapioca here is better than almost anywhere. The tea itself is also very good.

The tea is really good quality. I prefer just getting the tea and having it plain vs adding other stuff to it. There is a lemon drink but I suggest just getting the high mountain pouchong tea alone and/or with a dash of lemon juice. The mousse is not necessary. You can really taste the distinctive tea flavour which you won't get from the regular bubble tea.

The place has a lot of staff given the precision used in making the coffee. I would call it a craft

I question whether this establishment follows basic health standards. There was hair on the menu, which the server removed with her hand, and after taking our order, she began preparing it without washing her hands. The drinks we ordered were far from enjoyable, despite being advertised as their best sellers—a true disappointment.

The price on the top left corner was $7.95 and we confirmed with the cashier, which they also verbally confirmed the price.

However, we were still charged $8.95 and when we asked the cashier he crossed the price out and told us if we were unhappy we could switch drinks. No matter what we said he just kept repeating the same question “would you like to switch drinks then.” No apologies.

We asked for refund as we also verbally confirmed but they insisted they wouldn’t do that. Not very good customer service overall.

I really love their foam. Each cup has the tea brewed fresh and you can really taste and appreciate the fragrance of the tea. I wish they allowed more customization but so far one of my fav spots!!

My sister very graciously got me a drink from this incredible tea place.

The staff work incredibly hard here. When she went to visit, they were understaffed and the ladies did their absolute best to tend every order as fast as possible. I applaud the ladies who work here as they are absolute troopers!

She got me their Lemon Wonderland drink, which was a lemon tea with a lemon-cheese foam on top. This drink was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. The lemon flavour in the tea was strong but not overpowering, and it paired perfectly with the cheese foam at the top and the lemon zest.

You could taste the fresh ingredients throughout. All together, it tasted like the dreamiest Lemon Meringue pie in a drink form. I can’t wait to come by here in person myself, soon!

Amazing! Tea is freshly brewed. I often ordered drinks without bobas and ice free so I can keep it overnight. A must try for their pearls also ?

Amazing bubble tea! The tea flavor is really prominent, which I really like. They even brew the tea fresh. I would recommend the classic bubble milk tea with 30% sugar and less ice.

The taste is pretty good, but it is very expensive and extremely slow. $9 for what other stores sell as Small Size. 30 minute wait for 10 cups in front of us.
