Bad customer service. Overrated drinks

The tea is brewed freshly in front of you and there is a very fragrant and strong tea flavour in the drink. The milk tea is amazing and the toppings are also great. Both the Taro bubbles and tapioca tasted fresh and were soft yet chewy. The workers were very friendly and offered recommendations on different types of teas and pairings. When it’s busy though, the line can get very long and the drinks may take a long time to come out.

Over priced, water down milk tea. Gets one extra star because the bobas were good.

First time coming to Chicha San Chen inside Markville Mall 2/F. The store was bright and clean, and the service was courteous and speedy.

We saw that they just launched the NEW Pineapple menu and decided to try the caffeine-free, Creamy Pineapple Tart drink (sugar and ice level is fixed) - it was surprisingly tasty the mousse, fresh milk, pineapple bits, and topped with a pie crust crumble(?) on top.

Had a fantastic experience at Chicha San Chen Markville, thanks to Ryan! He was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable about the menu. He helped me choose the perfect drink and made sure everything was just right. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. Great service like this makes all the difference—I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks again, Ryan!

Chicha san chen has amazing depth of tea flavour! You can really taste the difference in tea quality and despite being super busy, the team here moved the line really fast. My favourite is the taro queen!! Perfect bubble tea for taro lovers!

Overpriced &bland, I am sure there are lots of bubble tea shops around can offer a better service & tasty choose than this!

Got the same regular sugar regular ice honey green tea like I do at both the Ossington and the Huron location and the taste was not consistent. The drink tasted like green tea with very light sugar

Great tea

The tapioca here is better than almost anywhere. The tea itself is also very good.

The tea is really good quality. I prefer just getting the tea and having it plain vs adding other stuff to it. There is a lemon drink but I suggest just getting the high mountain pouchong tea alone and/or with a dash of lemon juice. The mousse is not necessary. You can really taste the distinctive tea flavour which you won't get from the regular bubble tea.

The place has a lot of staff given the precision used in making the coffee. I would call it a craft

I question whether this establishment follows basic health standards. There was hair on the menu, which the server removed with her hand, and after taking our order, she began preparing it without washing her hands. The drinks we ordered were far from enjoyable, despite being advertised as their best sellers—a true disappointment.
