Chipotle Mexican Grill

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this visit was disappointing. The service felt careless — I was given noticeably less meat than usual, which really affected the value of the meal. For the price, I expect consistency and fair portions every time.

The food quality itself was good, which is why I’m giving 3 stars instead of lower, but the service on this occasion was closer to a 1. I hope management pays more attention to portion control and training, because it makes a big difference in the overall experience.

Worst location ever, I’ve went to almost every chipotle and always positive but this location is by far the worst and I will never return here again. The girl serving the food was counting the beans and counting the chicken before putting it into my bowl. Dirty place and all students working who do not care at all and there was no supervisor either. What a shame for the business

This is the nearest chipotle in my area. Thank God they opened another one -I’m gonna go try that one out. I’ve been coming here for the past three years at least once a week and every single time, I leave more irritated than the time before. The portions are laughable. I’m not even asking for extra protein, I’m just talking about the rice right now. I can see half my bowl is empty. I can basically count the amount of grains of rice that are in my bowl at this point. It’s so frustrating having to constantly ask “ Can I get some more?” Like I’m Oliver Twist. And even then, it’s like 2 more grains to humour me. I let the protein slide, Because unfortunately, most chains are stingy with that- which is why we should shop mom and pop restaurants.. but I don’t understand why I have to Exhaust myself to ask for some rice, and some corn or even sour cream?! I’ve been coming here for three years and I only got told today that with a vegi bowl you get guac included ? I don’t know if they were just trying to make me satisfied or, I’ve been missing out this entire time and they never cared to tell me?
Regardless, I will literally drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the new location because and try it out instead of this place.

Portion sizes for meat are very small especially paying $20+ for a meal. When I asked for a little bit more meat, the worker said it would cost extra and says their sizes are standard, which is not true. I come here weekly and the portion sizes vary significantly. The manager needs to do a better job at training their staff.

This is one of my favorite Chipotles, as each time they give me very generous portions and the food is always delicious. There is nothing more to ask from it, so a 5 star is deserved

I have been ordering from this place many times since i pass by it almost daily, and they are stingy as always, but this time was ridiculously disappointing. Ordered take out on Tuesday night 6pm, when I got home and open my bowl, it was less than 40% full, I was actually shocked to see it. and also the chip taste like aged. avoid this location if you can.

This location is a complete rip off in portions. They give you half the amount lf protien as other chipotle’s. SUKPREET who is the manager is RUDE, does not care, and dismissed me when I questioned her about the size of the protien in my bowl.

It's a good place for relatively healthy food. They stopped using the pickup shelves so I was a bit confused when picking up my mobile order.
