Chipotle Mexican Grill

This place fell off so hard. Staff are strange the guy making my bowl can’t even hold the scoop right. The portions are so small it’s not worth the price. I asked for more chicken and he literally put one extra piece in and the beans are always pasty and taste gross. Another case of corporate profits being put ahead of customer satisfaction. Horrible management I’m never returning

Both me and my Friday had diarrhea next day after we ate their food. Tasted good though

Embarrassingly small serving sizes now. Just read the other reviews, glad to see I'm not the only one. I'll be back in 6 mths, hopefully things will be better by then. Staff weren't that enthused either. Sad to see the downhill trajectory. Used to be a place I could rely on for a healthy, filling meal.

Asked for double chicken which I always get. Last few weeks they staff is very stingy and don’t even fill the spoon. When I asked her to add more to make it right she refused to saying I would be charged triple. Definately not worth my money anymore. Very disappointed

We ordered veg bowl and this is what we got hair in the bowl , we asked to have brown rice instead of white and the staff said we will give you brown and after all of this mess manager is denying the fact that we said something like . They are rude to us on call and said call uber for order we cant do anything

Ordered this kids make your own tacos for $8.50 for my toddler and they barely added any meat (chicken). I asked them to fill the portion properly and she started arguing that this is a kids portion and she can’t add more!! Won’t be coming here again super rude staff!

Ordered a steak and chicken bowl through the app on Oct 21 at 2pm. The steak and chicken were unbearably salty. I regularly order chipotle and it has never been this bad before.

The ads on TV and YouTube make it seem like this place is amazing and fresh and it shows a huge portion. It was half the size they show on TV and expensive! Not worth it and not very fresh and tasty either. Never going here again. ?

Made a work group order that was supposed to be timed accordingly to our works meeting through uber eats and scheduled well in advance. The business had cancelled our order 2 times without reason. Absolute joke that a business would not accept any kind of business especially a large work order and zero consideration on the huge time wasted and inconvenienced cause to scramble to get a new order in with another restaurant
