I’ll never usually complain but I just had the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life here, completely ruined my day leaving me completely triggered. I came here at 7:40pm on Saturday Feb 7. I ordered a bowl with Carne Asada which was at a premium cost and the guy scooping my bowl gave me barely any rice, I come often and I’ve never seen scoops so small, and I saw him deliberately give me less meat than other customers. This is completely ridiculous and I strongly urge the manager or owner to retrain their staff who’s working that shift because this is unacceptable. I see other poor reviews on here so this is clearly a reoccurring issue… please do something about this… to top it off, the lady who scooped my partners bowl accidentally put sour cream on hers when she didn’t ask for any. While she did remake the bowl right away, I was so shook when she threw the other bowl in the garbage right in front of me, wasting all the good food&meat still inside… this made me sick to my stomach
I don’t know what you guys teach your staff but wasting food like that is insane, while at the same time being stingy with the amount of food they give to customers is repulsive…

I don’t leave usually leave bad reviews, but whoever worked the bar at 2:50PM needs a retraining badly.
Somehow service during rush hour last week on Thurs/Fri was a 10/10 but whoever’s on rotation close to 3PM on a Monday is brutally bad.
She was physically incapable of making 2 of the exact same bowls at the same time and the bowls were half filled. The guy infront of me even had to ask for extra stuff every step of the way.
Uber Eats order. The chicken was burnt to a crisp, bitter, and basically inedible. Completely unacceptable food quality. Felt like leftovers that should never have been sent out. So bad that Uber Eats had to compensate me.

It was okay. The bowl i got was good, but I think the serving is too little. I personally love the fajitas - the meat (steak and carnitas) not sure if it's fresh.

Hey chipotle team!
Can I get an answer why I only get 75 grams of chicken? (being generous here including the black beans, cheese and corn seen in the pic) can someone explain to me why the employees must scoop the protein first then proceed to shake and bang the spoon against the containers to get rid of protein already in the spoon? Does 75 g of chicken = to 32 g of protein listed in your website? Last time I checked on Google 100 grams of chicken = 24 grams of protein. So I’m getting even less than what I’ve paid for. Thanks for nothing! Won’t be visiting again and I’ll be recommending everyone I know to do the same!
EDIT 1: Before the owners response I have left a review on the chipotle website as well. Let’s see if they contact me back and what they have to say.
EDIT 2: they just gave a generic apology and said they’ll do better next time. When checking chipotle nutrition website it still says 32g protein for single chicken. Nothing has changed, I’m guessing they still shake the chicken outta the scoop so you don’t even get anywhere close to 32 g of protein from the chicken.
EDIT 3: ah another edit don’t we love that! Macros for their burrito bowl normal chicken is still showing inaccurate information. For the cherry on top their customer care? Rep reached out after I emailed them a whole MONTH later to ask me for the receipt. Just wow. They don’t care about the customer for a whole month then ask you to dig it up for no compensation. Even when they are clearly in the wrong and you provide receipts they won’t admit they are wrong and won’t offer any proper compensation, only a late apology and broken promises. Thanks for wasting my time again Chipotle team!

The food will always be good at Chipotle however, this location you need to be careful. They cut your portion sizes small and will charge you extra for things you didn’t get. I didn’t get Guacamole, yet there tried sneaking a charge. The first time it happened, I thought mistakes happen. However I’ve now gone 3 times and it’s happened all 3 times.
