I ordered a chicken burrito for takeout, nearing the end of it I discovered a huge bug in it. It was absolutely disgusting. I called the store to see what they could do for me. I went back to get a refund and the manager, nor none of the staff apologized for their mistake. Looking around in the store as well you can see it is always filthy, the tables and seats are always dirty, every single one of them. They don’t seem to know how to take the trash out either. I would not recommend going here at all.

How does a fly end up in the guacamole and still get served? Unacceptable standards.
Ordered take out from chipotle Markham tonight and the order was not only wrong but gross. My order i said no rice, extra lettuce. Got little to no lettuce and lots of rice. I also asked for beans got none. My husband asked for double protein, (beef and chicken) barely got a normal amount of beef and NO CHICKEN. Also no corn, or tomato salsa was just all so wrong. The barbacoa beef we got was GROSS!! Sooooo fatty and whatever was in bowl wasn’t even shredded just nasty clumps you can’t even pull apart. Sooo disappointing.

Meh. Kinda boring actually. Felt like I was at a military canteen. Service, with out a smile. Just a production line. I also didn't like that the extra add on's were difficult to see on the menu and that they were written in a faded white marker on the protective glass. I racked up approximately $8 in extra's! As far as the food goes, it was ok. We probably won't return.

The lobby was extremely dirty every garbage was overflowing, the tables were very dirty the counter where my food was prepared was not clean. my food was very cold and it was empty. Spent 40 dollars on two bowls one of them was EMPTY and when I went back they told me they can’t give me more. Very disappointing first and last time at this place.
