I have found my current addiction! Last week I had Chloe's noodle 3 days back to back. So many toppings to choose.
Hong Kong Style Traditional cold noodles with your choices of toppings mixed in a delicious sauce full of umami with your choice of spice level. I've been going back to experiment with different toppings and will definitely be back for more. They offer snack size or a larger size as a meal. It’s also nice that they offer vegetarian options for people who do not eat meat. I highly recommend giving Chloe's Convenience a try if you're in the Pacific Mall/ Markham area

Service was great she was super sweet but unfortunately the food was TOO salty, im usually very good with spices and salty food but this was hard to eat without feeling overwhelmed by the saltiness. and gave me a bad stomach ache, not sure if it was because of the cross contamination or the seafood being used wasn’t being stored properly in good temperature:,(

Cute place. Great quality noodles. Be smart on the toppings as a noodle bag can easily reach $8.

I have to eat it every Wednesday and Friday when I am on holiday. My personal taste is on the lighter side, so I choose the Toronto version. If the taste is on the heavier side, you can choose the Hong Kong version.
Compared with Taiwanese sesame cold noodles, this one has more diverse flavors. I fell in love with this taste. Remember to add "garlic", that is the soul.

There is also Japanese-style soymilk chicken soup (no salt added, full of soybean and frankincense, the chicken is very tender, and the mushrooms are delicious. You have to buy the soup early! A customer just bought six large bowls)

So I would usually post a picture with my review, but I absolutely housed my order! I (believe) I ordered the box meal with chili sauce, cucumber, fish cake, tamago and spicy seaweed salad. The flavors were amazing and fresh with a slight numbing from the chili sauce. The owners were absolutely lovely and were so excited to share about their business. The quick service, friendly staff and amazing flavors made my experience so much better! I will definitely be coming back when I get the chance!
