Incompetent store. Guess I won’t be buying bubble tea here anymore. Ordered a bubble tea here when the store timings said 11-11 and I get to the store and the store is locked. Wasted my time driving here and waiting around. How can you order from a place when you don’t know if they’ll even be open during their scheduled hours? Super unprofessional.

I placed an order for pick up via online ordering. When I arrived at the store, the entrance was locked and there were no staff at the front. It took over an hour after placing my order for the store to accept it and charge my card. The staff made no attempts to contact me in that time. When I called asking for a refund, I was told that it was my responsibility to phone them and ask for the status of my order.
Customer service and communication here is extremely poor. The entrance to the store is not well marked and is very confusing. Signage is non existent and staff were not helpful. If you’re thinking of placing online orders, be aware that the store will outright refuse you a refund if you run into any issues.

Friendly service, good drinks, and open late! Highly recommend trying if you are in the plaza and need a refresher.

I ordered a coconut milk sago and added two toppings, but when I opened it, the coconut juice squirted out and all the juice leaked out. When I ate more, there was no more coconut juice. It was very sticky and full of toppings. I thought I asked why the ingredients can’t be packaged. Uber eats said ?20 free bowl cake. I don’t know what it is. It’s terrible.

Had a wonderful experience at Choffie@HeyBubble. Sharon took really good care of us. They have the best bubble waffles and desserts in the GTA. Will continuously come back here for the foreseeable future!

I feel like I have to go back as I feel the snacks are what’s the best part.
I ordered the early grey black diamond. The tea flavour was good, but something was amiss, that I can’t put my finger on it.
I was too full from lunch or I would’ve got one of their bubble waffles because everyone seems to be raving about it in the reviews, so will have to come back for that.
The location is kind of a weird one where it’s facing Kennedy. You can enter from the parking lot underground or if you’re on the main floor, exit from the doors facing Kennedy and go south.
Service was great. Person helping was super informative and recommended the Earl grey for a stronger tea taste.
Also need to give a shoutout to the interior with all the bear bricks

The baristas are very friendly and patient with us as Deaf individuals. Their egg waffle is almost perfect, with crispiness and softness we look for but it’s a bit too sweet. I would rate it 5 stars if they adjusted their egg waffle recipe. Our bubble tea drinks are perfectly balanced and not too sweet.
I’ve never seen bubble tea with so much effort, time, and care put into it, the whole shop is great from cleanliness to the decorations, and the people working there are friendly and welcoming. I %100 recommend to try and enjoy with friends!

I highly recommend trying their bubble waffles and mango pomelo sago with coconut milk. The bubble waffle is, in my opinion, the best in the city. The batter has a delightful vanilla flavor that stands out compared to the bland versions you find at other places. The waffle is perfectly crunchy and never soggy. Truly a 10/10 experience!

There are two entrances: first facing Kennedy and second from the basement inside the parking lot. The drink was average, but the curry fish balls and mango sago were delicious! The service was friendly and I got my order in about 5-10 minutes. I will definitely come back.

Everyone knows that Markham closes at 6 in the weekend, but luckily, not this place! This place is still popping until 2 AM in the weekend!! It's a great place to get your bbt fix if you run on degen hours like me. This is my second time having their stuff.
Current fav is their peach pomelo fruit tea (we got 2 in my group). They really pack their flavours!
It's a small place with no dine-in area, so if you are a big group, maybe have some people chill outside.
We got our batch of 33 drinks catered to our work :) a few of us got their egg waffles and they're heavy!! Amazing overall!!
A TIP: stab the straw directly perpendicular to the lid with full force!
