Deal instore say buy 4 get 5th free burger. Called ahead to pick up 4 burgers plus extra things. Got there saw the deal like can I get my 5th burger for free owner said it's only for walking in customer which I am I walked in to pick up just called ahead as usually they make u wait 45 min anyways and the sign doesn't say walking in special. Also ordered 2 large fries $20 and sogy and stail Since the new owners customer service and food quality gone down. No more will not spend my money with them.

Today We decided to go to Chunky Chicken. I always do my review based on three things 1 ) Food taste 2) customer service 3) Atmosphere1 ) food, Disappointing!!!! The food was awful. The chicken (see pictures) it’s little undercooked. It also has so much masala that you cannot even taste the chicken. The burger was just ok nothing good. I spend 45 bucks, honestly I feel like it was a 100% waste.2) customer service, it was ok3) restaurant atmosphere, they have done a good job.
