Church's Texas Chicken

Went there the other day to grab chicken and biscuits. The total order wrong. Chicken pieces missing then the chicken is cold. Biscuits were rock solid and the lady at the front counter very rude and she looked like she hated her life and job. Worse church chicken I have ever been to horrible experience. Even when she message the manager and the team no response back don’t even acknowledge, the place is so dirty and disgusting and the people are rude and the food is so trash not even done properly chicken all cold and gross and then when u ask for dip sauce they charge u and don’t give u nothing. This place should have health and safety inspection, and better staff

This location is always cutting corners. They never have the breast pieces ready, which forces customers to take the dark meat. If you want breast pieces they make you wait 20 min. I will be complaining to the head office about this issue as I have been here dozens of times and they always have the same excuse that “breast pieces are not ready”. The fact is they don’t want to have it ready as breast is more expensive than leg/thigh. Today I walked in and wanted 2 piece chicken and asked for breast and they had the same excuse and on top of that when they gave me the dark meat it was 2 drumsticks!! Like really!! They don’t even care to give me at least one thigh. Ridiculous! I am never returning to this location again.

Scare of trying chicken store now, can’t trust them are able to provide high quality of meet. It doesn’t taste like meat. What is wrong with them? One of the meat has lightest color in box, and it tastes disgusting.

Pretty much what you’d expect from a fried chicken fast food place. Service was quick and efficient, and the food came out hot and freshly made. The restaurant itself was clean and well looked after.

Tip : if you’re ordering ahead for pickup (e.g. Uber Eats), note that they don’t start making your order until you arrive. It means you’ll wait around 5–10 minutes once you get there, but at least the food comes out fresh and hot.

Overall, a good choice that delivers exactly what you’d expect - quick service, fresh food, and decent value.
