This is a Southern fried chicken spot serving the usual staples like biscuits and sides. The Markham location is spacious and clean, though the dated décor lacks a bit of appeal. As for the food, the chicken tastes similar to other major chains but is thankfully less greasy. However, the regular prices are a bit steep—if it wasn't for the $20 for 10 pieces special, I likely wouldn't have tried it.
This is my mother-in-law's favorite fried chicken place. It's less oily than other fried chicken brands and the fries are also delicious. The only thing was that the last time we came here, if we wanted to buy more Chicken, we had to wait about 20 mins, which beats the purpose of being fast food.
First time going to Church’s Chicken in about 15 years. Other locations near me had pretty mixed reviews, so I decided to try this one even though it’s about a 30-minute drive and I’m glad I did.
Ordered the 10-piece spicy, which came with 5 drumsticks and 5 thighs.
