I was there on a Saturday afternoon. There was a short queue at the cashier but the line moved very quickly. The bun was oven-fresh, flavourful and paired perfectly with the coffee. Just the place was not large enough for all customers to sit and dine comfortably. Cinnamon buns are best to serve when they are oven-fresh. It's a different experience to take out and consume later.

WORST SERVICE OF ALL TIME. Cinnabon needs to reassess their employment decisions. I went to the cashier and told him that it’s my birthday and asked if they offer any freebies, then he immediately yelled at me saying “ we don’t have this here, it’s only in the US” and I was trying to calmly tell him that the Cinnabon in Oshawa centre offers freebies and my friend got it, he again was yelling and saying that they don’t have that and then I told him why are you speaking to me in that tone I’m just asking a simple question, he then just looked at me without even apologizing and I just left.

Asked for a 9 pack.. Asked if I can have warm ones.. I would pay more money if I have to. The young man said it wad warm and I can get them. No problem. Until I get to my meeting where I bring cinnamon buns unfortunately they are stail and he took the old ones and plastered them in icing and told me they were warm and fresh.. Never going back...

The buns were okay but no consideration was put into the quality of the cutlery. The flimsy cutlery was non-functional especially for those with disabilities. The price is high but the quality of utensils graded 0. Need to improve this asap. Sadly, the company never addressed this issue with me though they requested that I write directly to them. Shows how serious they are to correct this.

Terrible experience. I ordered at cinnamon roll on lemonade. The cashier didn’t say a word and had air pods in. Awful costumer service. On top of that the girl in the back handling the food was on her phone and touching the FOOD. Don’t go here. So unprofessional

Bought Cinnabons to go and one to eat as my desert with my lunch at the table in the store. I had some other food with me to eat first and they rudely kicked me out. I bought over $35 in food from them but that wasn't enough to be able to sit and eat it at their table.
