Ordered 4 drinks for pickup before arriving. Seeing how it's located in the supermarket, I decided to walk around to shop for about 20 minutes. Arrived to pick up my order and the two girls had yet to even start the order?? I passed by the area a couple times as well while shopping, and there were no customers waiting. Not sure why it took an additional 10 minutes when I had finished shopping and told them I had an order to pick up. It should not have taken 30 minutes to make 4 drinks with no line up.
I've worked as a barista for bubble tea myself, and in that time drinks can be made in under less time. Please train your staff better. Unbelievably slow, and unacceptable.

terrible service received by two girls. We ordered a mango slush and taro slush. We were the only people ordering and not only did they take 45 minutes on two drinks but also made drinks for themselves before starting on ours?! they also talked to each other and did absolutely nothing until we asked “are you going to start on our drinks or can we get a refund?” this is unacceptable and terrible service. They had no soft skills and honestly should not be in customer service.
The last time I went, in October, I stood at the front to order, waited for three whole minutes, and asked if I could order? During the period, the staff was laughing, and did not have any intention to take orders, and after another 2 minute I left.

Came in to pick up a simple bubble gaga, i asked to add crystal pearls. When I went to drink it, they not only got the topping wrong but added some kind of jelly that isn’t even supposed to be in the Bubble Gaga. For being one of the most popular drinks you’d think they would know what to put in it. Will not be coming back, very disappointed.

Went here on Oct 19 around 8:20PM. The 2 teenage girls who were serving us were the most unprofessional workers I have ever come across. They were too busy talking to each other and laughing to realize that we were waiting to order as well as another family. The mother of the young kids had asked them if they could take her order or if she should order on the app since they weren’t acknowledging her. The workers told her “order on the app if you want” and then when the mother asked for help a second time the girl said “can you like wait?” . wait for what? You were talking to your friend. This interaction was very unprofessional and made guests uncomfortable to even want to order. Hope the manager doesn’t schedule them together again and teach them professionalism. It’s pretty embarrassing for the company.
