Staff is always super friendly and the bubble tea is better than all the other places in the area in my opinion.
BEST BUBBLE EVER . NO QUESTION ASK
I worked near by and I am a regular customer there. Today I was very disappointed. I ordered my usual Taro latte on my break time, and when I walked back I realized it's Taro milk tea. At first I was like ok, I will try, but then after the first zip, it's way too sweet (cus they said it's fix sugar). I had no choice and walked back and try to ask for exchange. They refused me. I said they give me something wrong. They said we don't do exchanges. I mean I spend almost $10 for a drink and they gave me the wrong thing and will not exchange it for me, it doesn't sound right. I will definitely not going back.

Nice selection of tea options. The staff is super friendly and provides sample tea leaf for me to smell first before I place order. A nice little tea cafe to spend the afternoon.
Overpriced but it tastes good
It is a Taiwanese bubble tea place. Their staff is quite friendly. After all Yi Feng bubble tea shops closed down, this alternative one is quite nic. I like their fruit tea，it is refreshing and natural tasting.
Good bubble tea. Their original milk tea hits the perfect balance when offered warm with 50% sugar.
First time having a drink here, and I tried the Kumquat Dried Plum Juice under the Specialty drinks category. It was very different because you don't usually see this flavour at bbt shops, so I was very excited to try. It tasted really good, and it has now become my go-to drink :) The space inside the shop was spacious, and the staff are friendly and speedy with the drinks.

Worth the price. I love how their tea is bold and strong with a nice aroma after, unlike other BBT stores where it is all artificial and plain sugar

Taste like water
Toronto has a lot of bubble tea options but Neptune milk tea is definitely my favorite.
Service at this location has always been super consistent. I've been coming here for years now and the level of service has been superb. From walking through the doors to the greetings, followed by the friendly reminders that some drinks contains dairy after ordering, to picking up the drinks. Has been top notch. The drink selection is huge with great tea flavours in each drinks. I highly recommend this place as one of the best bubble tea places in Markham
