Cora Breakfast and Lunch

The place is super nice and cozy 😊 Portions are really generous in general, you definitely won’t leave hungry! Service was great, super friendly and coffee has free refills which is always a win ☕❤️
But honestly the food was not as tasty as I expected… not bad, just not that “wow” moment I was hoping for. The sucre à la crème was hard like a rock 😭 and the potatoes were kinda pale, not roasted enough. It’s a Quebec franchise but sadly it doesn’t have that real Quebec taste I love 🥲 Still an okay experience, but I was left wanting more flavor!

Disappointing brunch experience at Cora (9275 Markham Road)

I ordered the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon. The dish took nearly 30 minutes to arrive. The potatoes were unevenly cooked—half burned, half underdone—and the hollandaise sauce was tasteless, lacking any resemblance to a true hollandaise. When I politely raised the issue with the server, I was told the potatoes were “freshly cooked,” which did not reflect the quality served. I paid $25 for a dish that felt rushed and poorly executed. Very disappointing.

Amazing experience!! Madi was a great server, very patient and great with my kids!! The food was delicious as always. I WILL BE BACK!!

Came on a Saturday around noon. Restaurant was half empty. Only one waitress was working. It took 30 minutes just to get water and coffee. Food took another 20 mins. Staff were all friendly, but clearly understaffed.

I do like that they open very open for breakfast. This location is not very busy and there is plenty of seats available. The hostess is always very friendly. The only negative is that Cora is very expensive. A meal with tea is around $30. While the food is good the price for breakfast is a little outrageous

Our breakfast turned into lunch, waiting soo long. This is my last visit here. Hire more staff, stop disrespecting people who spend money to come here. Pur and simple here I come.
