Staff were nice and helpful but it took over an hour for us to get our food and quality was mediocre (they may have been short staffed!) but it was just difficult to wait that long with a baby

1. Only 50% seat occupancy but need to wait for a long time to be seated
2. Waited for more than 20mins to get coffee and 50 mins to get meal with only 3 waiters

Well, posted online, on the door, and on the banner, open at 6 am Mon-Sat. Arrived at 6:40, no light on, doors locked. Adjust your timeframes if you brag about free coffee before 8 “Early Bird” deals and you’re not open.

Average size dinning area. Food is good. Good selection of food on menu, beverages are good when espresso machine is not out of order. Couldn't order a café mocha or any hot beverages that requires espresso. Server was pleasant and nice. Visited in the late morning for brunch.

The food is okay, nothing special. Large portion but mediocre taste and presentation. The overall experience was great because of the service. Madison was our server and she was great, took care of our party of 14 today. Very polite, organized and efficient service!

The restaurant's last call is 40 minutes before its business hours. Don't go if your time is tight.

We were waiting 1.5 hours for our food. When we asked for an update, we were told it would be another 30 minutes. Ended up leaving and wasting a morning.

I get it, places get busy, large groups come in (though they were not near capacity in this case). But if you can’t serve your customers within a 2 hour window, you should close until you can.

There are other options in the area. No reason to visit this location.

The place is super nice and cozy 😊 Portions are really generous in general, you definitely won’t leave hungry! Service was great, super friendly and coffee has free refills which is always a win ☕❤️
But honestly the food was not as tasty as I expected… not bad, just not that “wow” moment I was hoping for. The sucre à la crème was hard like a rock 😭 and the potatoes were kinda pale, not roasted enough. It’s a Quebec franchise but sadly it doesn’t have that real Quebec taste I love 🥲 Still an okay experience, but I was left wanting more flavor!
