We got there Saturday around 12:15pm and were quickly seated by a server. After being seated, we were not served until almost 20 minutes later and even 10 minutes after that, water was not even served.
I feel bad for the Chinese lady server as she looked sooo busy, but waiting to wait over 30 minutes for water is unacceptable. Then waited another 20 minutes before the food finally came
I can see all the tables around us also getting super frustrated with not being able to place their order or waiting forever for anyone to assist them.
Very understaffed and it seems like other reviews experience the same issue. Definitely will not go back to this location. Not enjoyable at all especially if you have kids who are hungry

We usually visit the Milner Rd location, but this time we stopped by here since we were nearby and we’re so glad we did! The service and food were outstanding. There was a small mix-up with our daughter’s order, but our amazing waitress, Chai, fixed it right away with a smile. Truly excellent experience all around we’ll definitely be coming back!

My server Chai L was super friendly and came by to check on me to see if I needed anything. She also suggested the strawberry banana smoothie, and it's a must try. It was a great experience. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered my lunch to go. I'm looking forward to that. Update my lunch was fantastic as well. I ordered it with fruits instead of potatoes and I gotta say that fruit bowl was pretty big. Again thank you Chai L for your service. And laughing at my jokes.
