I was here on a business trip and didn't want to eat Chinese food in Makham, so I went to an Italian restaurant. I'm so disappointed. The price/performance ratio is completely out of line. The service felt like I was at a fast food restaurant. The pizza was abysmally bad, like it came from a freezer. As a German, I can't recommend this place. It's a complete rip-off in my opinion. Placed an order for 6 pizzas 1 day in advance. I got a notification on the day of delivery that the order could not be fulfilled. Not the best experience. I ended up ordering from Il Postino which delivered it ASAP - and it was good
Edit-order for June 3, 2025. Uber says no one acknowledged the order so they had to cancel it. Def check your processes...

A group of friends came here on a weeknight for a celebratory dinner. Our server (Older caucasion lady) was inattentive and had a very condescending attitude. She rolled her eyes when asked about how big a dish was. She did not check in on us and we had to get up from our seats to ask from certain things that were forgotten i.e. napkins and a straw. We asked to have all of our appetizers and mains to be brought out at the same time and instead our food came out in 3 rounds in an illogical way so half of us didn't have our mains until 10-15 mins later. There was an error in one of the drinks and no apology was made. Considering that the restaurant wasn't busy with 3 other tables being served, the level of service was unacceptable. The food was mediocre and one of our pizzas was burnt. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Update: I called the restaurant to let them know of our experience and they were quite dismissive.

Hosted my baptism here & everything was incredible. Lovely staff, great atmosphere & excellent food overall! The gelato is a must! Will definitely be back for dinner. Highly recommend hosting an event here!

This restaurant leans heavily into Italian-style cuisine, with excellent pastas and pizzas, but it also feels like there’s a bit of broader European influence — especially when it comes to their large-format dishes.
One of the highlights for me was their massive meat and seafood platter — perfect for a group or a special dinner. It includes lamb chops, various meats, and seafood, and it’s both impressive to look at and super satisfying to share. If you're dining with friends or family, definitely get this to share — it makes the whole meal feel like an occasion.
As for the pastas and pizzas, you really can’t go wrong. I’ve had both red and cream-based pastas here, and every dish was delicious — comforting, flavorful, and cooked just right.
Now for the downside: desserts. They offer a shared dessert platter that looks fun, but for the price (around $40+), the portion was surprisingly small. It felt underwhelming compared to the rest of the meal. If you’re not a dessert person, I’d say skip it and just stick with the mains.
Overall, this is definitely more of a high-end spot, and it shows in both pricing and presentation. Not somewhere I’d go weekly, but for a special dinner, family gathering, or celebration, it’s absolutely worth it. The quality and flavor live up to the cost — it’s one of those places that leaves you full and happy, every time.

Horrible experience! Owner had negative energy from the moment we walked through the door. We all felt he was racist and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We had a table for 4 and the bill was $350 plus tip and we were basically told to leave the table despite constantly ordering food as they had a busy night. Food was horrible and salty not worth it at all! Desserts were terrible. Please do not go here! Owner was very disrespectful!

Horrible service. There’s a guy walking around watching you the whole time making you feel uncomfortable as if you’re not welcome, not sure if he’s the owner or manager but did not appreciate his energy. The waitresses don’t even check in on you in between to see if you need anything. The atmosphere definitely did NOT feel welcoming. & the food was pretty mid too, I’ve had better pizza in elementary school. Nothing special and dry. Even the drink was watered down. Definitely won’t be going back and don’t recommend

Really bad experience. My food was sitting at the bypass for almost 10 minutes without anyone picking it up. I would have brought it up to the server but no one wanted to check up on our table at all in a span of 10-20 mins of waiting for food that just sat at the bypass. The kitchen rang the bell a few times but no one went to pick it up and when it finally arrived at the table it was barely lukewarm. After that our entrees were even slower and we ended up waiting almost an hour to get our main entrees! This was at 5pm where the restaurant was nearly empty!! There’s a difference between mediocre service and good food to mediocre food and just bad service. Will not be coming again. Extremely ridiculous and won’t be coming back again & I would not recommend this place to anyone.

We made a reservation for four to celebrate a friend’s birthday and brought our own cake. When we asked the server to store the cake in the refrigerator during our meal, he informed us that there would be a “dessert service fee” of $4 per person. When the cake was eventually brought out, they merely placed it on the table with some plates, without even opening the cake box. I fail to understand the purpose of this dessert service fee. While the food was decent, the service was abysmal. The tall server completely ignored us, spending his time chatting with a large table nearby. We requested a new plate, and he said he would bring one, but after half an hour, it still hadn’t arrived. One of our friends asked for water, but the server paid no attention, leaving all four of our glasses empty throughout the meal. We spent over $200 here, but it was definitely not worth the price. If you’re planning to celebrate a birthday with friends or family, I strongly advise against choosing this restaurant—the server’s attitude will ruin your experience.

When we asked for another plate and tall server just IGNORED AND KEEP CHATTING WITH THE BIGGER TABLES NEXT TO US. No water was served when one of my friend requested and all four of our glasses were empty.
We spent $200+ just for the food and the food TOTALLY DIDNT WORTH THE PRICE.
If you are looking to come to this place to have joy with friends or family, DONT COME! THE SERVERS WILL DEFINITELY RUIN IT!

Taste of Italy without going to Italy. Delicious, authentic Italian cuisine in a classy and warm setting. The octopus, pizza, calamari were all amazing and their yummy gelato just perfect. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, their staff always smiling :) Will come back soon!
