Penny wise pound foolish customer service. I asked to sample a second flavour of Gelato after the first one I tried wasn't to my liking and the server said, "sorry we only allow customers one sample!" And that too was a tiny sample on the tip of the spoon that you can barely taste, whe asked why that was she said "her manager told me."
What is happening to customer service in Canada? These places are going to lose customers based on horrible staff and management.

I recently enjoyed a Nutella crepe at Crêpe Delicious, and it was fantastic! The crepe was perfectly cooked and generously filled with rich, creamy Nutella. Excellent service and a delightful treat. Also the staff was friendly and welcoming– highly recommend!

We've grabbed brunch here a few times when we had to make a stop at this mall on mornings.I know it's just a fast-food crepe chain, but it really hits the spot at an affordable price point. It's a great menu for crepes. It's what you crave if you want a basic crepe: eggs, cheese, fresh vegetables, or sweet dessert crepes.I haven't tried their coffees or gelatos. There are too many places to get those in the mall.

Loved their Blazing Steak crepe - super flavorful and filling. The gelato was incredible too, especially the roasted almond flavor - creamy and delicious! Can't wait to try their slushes next time. Highly recommend! The staff were super kind and humble, which made the experience even better.
