Popped in to pick up an ice cream cake and had the best experience! One of the young Asian girls working there was incredibly sweet. She was so patient and helpful while I was deciding. It’s rare to get such great service when things are busy, but she made it easy. Definitely impressed with this DQ!

I went to DQ because a couple of days ago, I saw on TikTok that if you give them a review, you'd get a free ice cream or something for free. I went there and asked them, but it turns out it was fake. But while I was there, it was not even Thanksgiving. They covered their whole place full of christmas decorations, it looks insanely good, even the drink filling machines has a big golden bow on it, like the bows that go on presents, they even had a bunch of christmas presents wrapped, theres nothing in them, but it actually made me a bit excited because i thought there would be presents in there, i always get excited when i see boxes without knowing whats inside one. Even though i didnt order, i still would rate their food a 4 star because ive tasted DQ from other places, just not this one, i would have ordered but i couldnt find anything id like at that time since i was walking back home and my parents were making food so i cant just eat anything because id have to eat at home, id give this restaurant a 5 Stars because of how flipping good the place looks, especially the cashier there, she was funny, charming, and very nice and kind. I would 101% recommend going there, but sometimes the prices can be a bit pricey, but yeah, the worker there was wonderful and very kind, she was also funny. 5 stars. Would definitely recommend coming there at night as it will look so good because it's dark outside and the restaurant has a bunch of lights, so it will look colorful and pretty.

Of all dairy Queen I tried. This location made best fried chicken. I think it's because they always change oil. So their chicken fingers fried evenly. Outside crispy and juicy tender inside. Unlike the location at Victoria park and Sheppard which never changed oil, so they have to fry longer and chicken become dry.

Amazing experience at this DQ location last week, they customized the ice cream cake with a personal message as requested and accommodated the request within a quick time frame. Manpreet & Kiran helped me out and they were very kind!! Highly recommend
I ordered a cake online for my daughter's birthday, it was suppose to be ready for 11am. I arrived at 2pm and my cake was not ready. Instead of owning up to it the first person decided to be deceptive and say that they can't put the name on it and put it in the freezer. The icing doesn't freeze. Then the next person came to say that they don't put the customization on because people don't show up. I understand procedure but being dishonest is not ok. It's not good customer service. Would not use this location again.

I’m not sure what was up with the staff working here tonight but I ordered two ice creams, after which I was overcharged (for a burger and drink that I never ordered) and left without my order. Upon being handed the drink I communicated that this wasn’t my order and told the girl my order three times after which her coworker came to refund me for the burger and drink and asked my order a fourth time. I’m not sure why it was so difficult to understand my order of a vanilla cone and cupfection.. especially after I communicated it four times!! She offered to give the ice creams - I’m assuming for free -after I got the refund but I was too frustrated at that point to wait another twenty minutes. Such a waste of my time and gas!
