Probably the most disappointing restaurant. Has high ratings and decent price for peking duck when we were searching for a spot. However, food was overly oily, portion was okay, slow service. Specifically, peking duck skin are often crispy but when I tasted the skin all you could taste would be oil. Seasoning was decent, although the tea was especially good, but i dont think im coming back for just the tea.
Honestly could be worse and the price is a bit cheaper than other peking duck places, but the food quality is definitely very low.

Overall experience has gone down since our last visits last year and earlier this year. The prices have gone up. The service is subpar now. The servers need to learn some basic English; not every customer speaks Mandarin. The tea pots and hot water pots were lukewarm so we asked to have them replaced with fresh tea and hot water.
A bit disappointed as this was a hidden gem with amazing value and delicious dishes. It's not the case anymore...

Fancy place, good has a different flavor, you would like it if you like the extra accent with your food, it contains a lot of spices and herbs to accentuate the flavors of the food. Reasonable pricing and dishes are good portion for a family of 10. The extra plate of Peking duck on the side is from the neck area, extra crispy.

I cancelled the order right after I placed it,as it said it would take 1 hour to deliver the food. But the restaurant took 1 hour to confirm the cancellation and charged me full amount $122 without any notification or communication! Today when I checked my credit card statement and found out they charged me. They said they had already prepared the meal so they charged the full amount. It was spiteful behavior of the restaurant. They could just simply gave me a call to let me know if they had prepared the meal instead of cancelling the order with full charge.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited over an hour for the duck, and it never arrived. I complained three times to the staff, and each time I was completely ignored. No one seemed to care, and the attitude from the waitstaff was rude and dismissive. I’ve never experienced such poor service in my life. If you value your time and want decent customer service, avoid this place at all costs!

The food here is clearly unsafe, and I highly advise anyone considering dining here to think twice. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what I did.
