I wanted to start off by saying that the location I frequent is usually my go-to spot — the staff there have always been polite and consistent with their service. In fact, on July 15, I placed an order around 11:55 PM (just minutes before closing), and I truly appreciated that the team still kindly took my order without hesitation, even though I know they were probably wrapping up for the night.
That said, I did want to share a bit of feedback. I ordered the cheesy bread, which I’ve had many times before and usually enjoy. However, this time it was unusually greasy — to the point where it was drenched in oil or butter and honestly not edible. I’ve attached a photo for reference.
I understand it was the end of the night, and mistakes happen, but this was disappointing given the usual quality I’ve come to expect from this location. I normally would let a small issue slide, but this one stood out.
