I saw the review below and similar situation. I was driving from out of town so I could not book a dinner meal during the week. They would not budge and declined the birthday meal which is unfortunate.
As well, I don't think the food and service is worth $56 plus taxes plus tip which is $70.

I visited Dragon’s Legend for the first time and left disappointed. It was my wife’s birthday, and since the restaurant usually offers a free buffet for the birthday guest Monday–Thursday, we were expecting that. However, they refused because it happened to be a public holiday. As first-time visitors, it would have been a nice gesture and great customer service if they had honored it.
The interior is attractive, but the smell wasn’t very pleasant. The food itself was good — I especially enjoyed the shrimp, salmon fried rice, pepper beef, and roast beef. My main issue was the variety. Compared to Dragon’s Pearl and Mandarin, the selection felt limited, and many dishes on the holiday menu seemed added just to fill space.
Considering the price versus the service and variety, I don’t think I’ll be returning

There are many food options, a sushi bar, Peking duck and a machine that prepares hand shaved noodles. At dinner, there are many sushi, sashimi (tuna, salmon) and even torched sushi. There is a pretty big variety and all the food is pretty good. There are also many desserts, like green tea mousse cake, many ice cream flavours, cheesecake and mochi.

It really doesn't justify the price. We paid 54$/adult and got only 1 hour and a half to eat. We had 15 min left, and the waitress told us that it’s our last call and rushed us to get out. The food was ordinary. Our family won’t go back and won’t recommend this restaurant. We paid $300 altogether and felt like we were scammed.

Drinks are really good. We took the yogourt and rose tea drink.
The salmon sashimi and the tuna were excellent, no fishy taste and the texture was buttery. The other sushis aren’t worth it and the rice isn’t seasoned accordingly.
The pecking duck was mid but the sauce is flavourful.

Very Chinese cuisine style with Chinese accented decorations and interior. I got the AYCE option which was around $50 (might be more on weekends). There was a variety of options from sushi to mussels to ice cream!! I would definitely recommend this if you're thinking on having a grand feast.

Service did not exist. Not once were we checked on, sushi was not edible and the fact that this is a premium priced buffet is beyond belief. Im glad I tried it because I know now I will NEVER step foot in this place again, its literal highway robbery charging that much for disgusting food and rude waiters that are very obviously wishing they could be anywhere but there. Gross, avoid dont waste your time or money this place is trash.
