Wáááy Overpriced and an attitude to boot….!! Bought a ham/Swiss cheese and a slice of tomato on a sesame seed bagel for $12…I asked why so expensive for a simple bagel? Because apparently it is a “sandwich”?? DO NOT go here! They are rude, their food is mediocre at best and shouldn’t be dealing with customers(they get pretty angry when asking a question about the price!)

If it were possible to write a review and leave zero stars I would. Today I took my lunch break and only had $20 cash on me. While standing in line I witnessed the daughter who was working the cash register at druxy's turn away an elderly man who was trying to pay for a cookie and slice of cake with currency from a different country. Not just the daughter but the mother both stood there behind that counter and repeatedly said no to this elderly man who would not explain himself well. I waited to see if I would have change from my lunch to buy the man the cookie but sadly 1 Cesar salad with a bottle of water came to $19.45 I only had 50 cents in change after that. I understand they are a business and that they cannot just give food away but the lack of compassion was absolutely disgusting. We are in a hospital after all. We all live by the values and mission statement Markham Stouffville sets forth but the family that runs this Druxy's lacks that compassion or any sense of morals. Based on what I saw today I will never eat here again.
It takes a different kind of human to mistreat elderly people.

if you in a rush and want to grab a quick brewed coffee with simple toasted bagle DO NOT GO here. go to Timmy's right beside it even if there is a long line up. this place will take longer to prep. I had to wait for toasted bagle for more than 10 mins while they had 5 staff working and two customers waiting ahead of me.

Cashier is new and took a full two minutes to punch in two items. There’s only one person fulfilling orders, and she needs reminders when there are multiple items on the same order. Food was fine but service was as slow as it can get.

Had to come here several times for a knee injury, and always came to Druxy's for a delicious toasted bagel. The amount of cream cheese inside was fantastic. More than enough.

The location is extremely difficult to find!

I wouldn't know how their food is tried to order many many times but they refuse to deliver 1 floor up in hospital so stuck eating same food everyday wish there was something I could do but nurses won't let me go down eiher so God darn frustrating it isn't funny Salvador arrigo1wf rm21

Disappointed by the judgemental staff member I encountered. I’m forced to budget where I can right now so I passed by Druxy’s for a bag of chips - the cashier felt the need to ask, “I guess we’re not looking for a balanced meal today then?” I’m in a period where I’m living paycheque to paycheque so am not in the best place emotionally, so unfortunately I’m still bothered by the comment and here I am. Why sell accessible food items if you’re going to judge your patrons for buying them? Anyways, I’ve tried some meal items as I’m often at this hospital and it’s good - by hospital food standards!

I can’t believe the people they have working there!!!! I ordered and paid for a 6oz roast beef sandwich only to find out they only had 2oz of roast beef left!! She had to mix the roast beef with another type of meat! I was asked 4 times what type of bread I would like and only after they had put on the mayonnaise, they wanted to know if I would like my bread toasted!!!
