Disappointed by the judgemental staff member I encountered. I’m forced to budget where I can right now so I passed by Druxy’s for a bag of chips - the cashier felt the need to ask, “I guess we’re not looking for a balanced meal today then?” I’m in a period where I’m living paycheque to paycheque so am not in the best place emotionally, so unfortunately I’m still bothered by the comment and here I am. Why sell accessible food items if you’re going to judge your patrons for buying them? Anyways, I’ve tried some meal items as I’m often at this hospital and it’s good - by hospital food standards!

I can’t believe the people they have working there!!!! I ordered and paid for a 6oz roast beef sandwich only to find out they only had 2oz of roast beef left!! She had to mix the roast beef with another type of meat! I was asked 4 times what type of bread I would like and only after they had put on the mayonnaise, they wanted to know if I would like my bread toasted!!!

Great place to get food in the hospital. The people are really nice. I only wish they halal option labels are more prominent. Other than that no issues. Very helpful staff.

Druxy's is NOT at the building specified. It is in the lobby of the Markham Stouffville Hospital. Please have this updated on Google maps as we went to go to the external building that you used to occupy and found we needed to enter Hospital which you are unable to do during Pandemic without an appointment
The hours posted on this website are wrong. It is closed on the weekends and closes on weekdays at 3 PM. Therefore if you are a visitor to the hospital and you're unemployed, retired, or a housewife, this is the place for you. However, if you work for a living and can only visit the hospital outside work hours, they don't want your business.

My favourite place to eat in the hospital!! Having an allergy it is hard to find places to eat, druxy's has plenty of gluten free options! The two gentlemen at the front are always so friendly and always ask about my work day! Definitely would recommend to staff or any visitors at MSH to grab a bite to eat at Druxy's!

I have ordered from here a few times with no complaints. But today...very disappointed. The smoke meat sandwiches we got today were a hot mess - and not in a positive way. FATTY and not very pleasant tasting. I didnt make it past the first bite - chewy and enedible. The kids barely made it past first half....and wife could eat it at all just from the fatty messy look of it.
