Decent spot for Taiwanese food options compared to most places in the region. Enjoyed the chicken dishes. Signature noodle needs more savory flavor.

Three of us went out for Christmas Eve dinner tonight, and it was truly marvelous. Following the recommendation of our lovely server, we chose the set menu for two ($60.99) and upgraded it (+$10) to include two additional main dishes. We also took advantage of their buy-2-get-1-free beverage deal. Altogether, the bill came to about $90 before tips.

The set menu included: Taiwanese pickles (tangy and refreshing, perfect as a palate cleanser), Kabayaki eel sticky rice (beautifully presented with bold, rich flavours), Daami noodles (great texture but slightly underwhelming compared to the other dishes), tofu pudding with ginger sauce (silky and subtly flavoured, a standout dessert), three-cup chicken (sticky sweetness, arrived sizzling at our table), and Du Hsiao Yueh braised pork feet (delicious and perfectly balanced between traditional Taiwanese street food flavours and a refined restaurant style).

We also ordered three bubble teas: regular milk, lychee, and lemon. While all were excellent, we’d highly recommend the lemon bubble tea because it’s a perfect way to balance the heartiness of the set menu.

The staff were attentive and polite, and we appreciated that they thoughtfully served the dessert after we had finished all the mains and sides. There are so many interesting dishes on the menu, and we’re already planning our next visit to try more. Highly recommended!

The food is delicious! The fried food is fried just right! The cauliflower in the dry pot Fuguihua is also just right, not too hard. However, it is recommended to add numbers to the menu, otherwise ordering will test the customer’s vision and patience too😎

I have given them so many chances but they never impressed me. The taste are really boring, lack of flavours.

The 3 cup chicken was excellent! I could return to this restaurant every week to have this dish.

Everything we ordered was very good.

Service was the best we’ve had in a Chinese restaurant.

The interiors are also nicely done, very clean, neat and tastefully done. None of the tacky colours.

Between the service and the yummy food, this is a winning restaurant in my books

I ordered a set meal for two but was not full. . . The portions of the dishes are really small, the noodles are as big as a palm, and two chopsticks are missing. The pig's trotters are stewed very well and taste good. The three-cup chicken was average. The eel is a bit fishy. The overall price is on the high side.

Happy little month
Spend time with your wife at a gourmet restaurant,

Enjoy life and enjoy the sweetness.

I’ve been having a baby in Taiwan for more than ten years. Is this a fake? It tastes nothing like it. .
The oyster omelette sauce is spicy but not mentioned.
The braised pork rice has no oily aroma at all.
The waiters are all Chinese and pretend not to understand Mandarin/Cantonese🤭

Came for lunch. They updated the weekday lunch menu (price increased and less options). We ordered one lunch special and one business meal set. The pork hock has a big portion and taste ok. But too many meat for lunch set to me. I prefer the old lunch special quantity. May be they should bundle up another green salad to balance it. For business set, it has the best value if you want to try several things at once. The only cons is the temperature of the food. The soup is just warm. The black garlic chicken soup definitely taste way better if it is hot. Even the white rice is not hot enough. Not sure if I will come back to try other things.
