I was surprised this place didn’t have more people waiting when we arrived! Excellent dumplings! The man who helped us was super nice and friendly. We ordered the boiled pork, shrimp and chive dumplings, the pork and cabbage dumplings and the fried pork and shrimp dumplings. The man said they were be ready in 10 minutes. I ordered the pan fried shrimp dumplings (B1). Super crispy, fried to perfection. Could use some more filling but otherwise flavour is all there and tastes super fresh, made to order. I recommend adding the hot chilli oil, soy sauce, and vinegar. Gentleman who works there is super sweet and I’ll always come back here when I’m at Pmall!
