Good Friday lunch was packed. Only one person taking orders for the whole place, so service was easily 3X longer than you would expect.Vegetarian options: Too expensive and definitely not a place you should go to for a salad. Better value to stick to their traditional breakfast and handheld options.

Sunday was a time to catch up on family and decided to go eat breakfast at Eggsmart located on 16th and Markham Rd. First time and we discovered a place not too crowded and quiet and above all good food. Everything was surprisingly good. The waiter and waitress were so polite and serving was on point. Even better, by making conversation, I met the owner (Curtis)…amazing person and that’s what being a Canadian is all about knowing we are immigrants and our lives matter also!! We left a decent tip and swear to come back again for more. You should go too and try it for yourself!Parking: I guess I was lucky….parked right in front of he restaurant entrance. But should not be too much of a hassle to find parking

The first time I went there, the facilities were generally simple. I met a young male waiter and the service was good. It is a chain brunch restaurant that has been around for a long time. The food is ordinary Western breakfast style. It is very good. Even my two-year-old took a taxi. The granddaughter was very happy and kept staring at the young service staff smiling happily.

Took over an hour and ten minutes to get our food, and when it arrived it was wrong. The restaurant wasn't even busy. We had a group of 9. Three people got their food within a semi-reasonable time. The rest of us waited another 40 minutes. Multiple errors when it arrived. We've been in there many times before without this issue, but it must be under new mgmt. Won't be back.

Came here for breakfast with family. Preparation is quick and food quality is good. Nothing to complain. Take a bit long to wait for server to take orders at peak hours (aound 9-10am) but acceptable. Spacious restaurant with sufficient physical distance maintained from next table. Overall is good and will come back for more eggs.
We went there for the first time and it was an amazing experience. Our server was excellent and took time to help us with our choices based on our dietary restrictions. It was the first time I have experienced this level of attentive service at a breakfast restaurant. Overall, a wonderful experience and we will be back again for sure.

The markham and 16 location has taken a serious nosedive! 1 person running around that is really loud and mixing up all the orders and not trying to fix it, but instead try to convince that is what i ordered, when it wasn't. Trying to push the new more expensive items in a rude way, as if you have to get her "suggestion"For an egg place, when your eggs come cold and overcooked, what is the point of coming?This place is not on my list of breakfast spots anymore.

Overall, good food, nice people who were serving. I would visit again.I have visited other eggsmarts such as the one in Vaughan, and they always have extra butter, jam, on the table. This Eggsmart does offer that until you ask. And they make you ask twice before they actually get them.
