Good value, but service is a bit slow sometimes. Food is always delicious!

Desserts are too expensive and there is no morning tea. The food is generally not as delicious as other restaurants. The most unpalatable ones are coffee cakes, rice rolls and mala cakes. The most delicious ones are barbecued pork. The service is good and the atmosphere is also good.

My kids love the egg tarts and bbq pork pastries here. A bit pricy for a pack of 6 but they’re often made fresh and are nice and hot when we come.

Need to have more staffs, waiting 15mins to place order

The chicken vermicelli was bland. Sitting area was cold and the music was too loud. Service was slow, waited over 15 minutes for a coffee.

The original egg tart tasted the best compared to other flavors. Overrated place overall

The egg starts were ok, but mochi's were not good

Small bakery/cafe with limited seating. They offer some breakfast dishes and baked goods, and are probably known for their egg tarts.
The egg tarts are on the pricier side compared to other bakeries.
I would like to eat here one day, but the tables are placed near the entrance, so you'll feel cold air coming in during the winter 🥶

Was expecting some amazing tarts since the store name is eggtart queen. But guess I put too much expectation on it. Tarts are so so. Not worth to repeat. The bakery in the markville mall has better tarts just to be fair

Please check what they give you before leaving the store!

Nothing is worse than being exciting about trying your food but finding it burnt. Their eggtarts are also not cheap, making it super upsetting.

I got it around 5pm, not expecting it to be fresh out of the oven, but I did not expect them to give me burnt ones with ash on it. Would have much preferred if they told me and gave me the option of choosing another flavor, or told me the butter tart one was sold out. The burnt ones were clearly over done making the egg rough and tart inedible. Sadly a waste of money this time.

Although it’s been a bad experience, the other egg tarts which were not burnt tasted good and they do have a variety of intriguing flavors I’d like to try. Hopefully the same thing doesn’t happen next time.

Waited almost half an hour for a very mediocre egg sandwich, I added $1.50 for pork chop but all I got was 2 tiny, thin pieces, was not worth the $1.50 extra surcharge at all. In addition, the picture showed thick toast with no bread edges and I received thin pieces of bread from wonder bread or something like that. I will not return again for their food.

Even though I have a good temper, I would like to advise everyone to avoid lightning. The service attitude of this store is extremely poor, especially the younger waiter's service attitude. She has a very arrogant attitude. When talking to her, she is indifferent and very impatient. look like.

The mangoes are too sour and have no technical content at all. I don’t want to use good mangoes. I used to buy them when they first opened and they are so different from now. The store clerk keeps rolling his eyes like a dead fish. I don’t know if there is something wrong with his eyes. Very bad attitude

My friend gave me 6 assorted egg tarts. They have puff pastry and butter crust. The puff pastry is thick and not loose. The tart crust has a bland butter flavor and no egg flavor. How can I call it the Queen of Crispy Pastry?
The egg white sauce has a strong flavor, the coconut tart is too oily, and the chicken patty is too salty.

There are generally no surprises in the butter crust, the eggy flavor is not strong, and the sweetness is just right but not too sweet.

Overall, it is not very different from the tarts in ordinary bakeries.
