Hilton Toronto/Markham Suites Conference Centre & Spa

Saturday morning, breakfast was clearly advertised until 11 a.m., but it was already closed at 10. This is extremely disappointing for a Hilton property. Guests expect reliability, especially on weekends when breakfast should last until 11. Instead, Hilton Markham decides to end service whenever it suits them. Honestly, it felt more like a fast-food than a 4-star hotel. Definitely not the level of credibility Hilton is supposed to stand for.

My wife forgot her room key in the room late at night. She went to the front desk for help and they did not want help her because the room was only under my name and not hers. During check-in, we were not told that we had to add her name and the front desk said it was not needed. The front desk did not bother providing other solutions. She was not able to access the room all night as a paying customer which is not acceptable in my opinion. We went to bring our concerns to their management and the only thing they did was apologize.

Room weren't the highest quality. It was far for a 4-star hotel experience . Bathroom ventilation barely worked.

I don't recommend anyone going to this hotel. Being your business elsewhere.

My experience at the bar area on my trip was terrible the lady working at the bar I think her name was Amy was rude and had 0 customer service skills I will not bring my bussiness here again!!

Quiet and clean room. High quantity of food. But I still need a car to travel around.

The hotel facilities are rather outdated, the hallway carpet is dirty, and it doesn’t really feel like a four-star hotel. The staff’s attitude was also not very good. Overall, as a tourist visiting Canada, the experience was quite disappointing.

Nice space and convenient with the parking lot. Handy was a great help when we called maintenance to come Thank you so much for your good and efficient service

This hotel is currently renovating the 8th floor and they gave us a 7th floor room... Noise ended around 8pm and resumed at 8am. Would never return here based on this stunning lack of care for their guests. How embarrassing for the Hilton brand.

Fantastic hotel - food is good too

The location is good—probably the only positive thing about this hotel. The breakfast service was terrible: they even tried to charge for children aged 6 and 7. The lady at the breakfast reception was rude and unhelpful. The room was old, and the equipment made constant noise. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Avoid this place! AVOID!

I stayed here August 6-8th. I found the hotel to be incredibly clean. It was easy to find this hotel. Next time I’m down in Markham I might stay here again.

Great hotel, excellent staff and rooms are very nice. Parking is easy and cheap.

The first day was good
