Very nice and big hotel, rooms aren't the best I've seen though.
I wish that when you book they would mention that you need to pre book the pool and under 18 can't go in the gym because we were unaware of that while booking.
👍🏾
The gym is gorgeous in addition to your stay !
Our room was not thoroughly cleaned. The light switches and electrical plates are brownish (forgot to take photos). The counter has coffee marks and spills. Pillows were the most uncomfortable, no support pillow. The floor area in front of reception were being polished when we checked in and the dust/fumes were unbearable. I feel bad for the receptionists who had ro stand there all through this without mask or protection. I’ve been here many times and I think it’s seen its better days.
Excellent facility for a conference, plenty of amenities! Only down side is it's a bit of a hike to get downtown if you're looking to catch a show/game, but there's also quite a bit to do right in Markham. Check out the theatre!
We stay at the Hilton convention centre once a year for a work event. The hotel and rooms are always spotless. The catered meals are top quality and delicious. The bar in the main lobby has great customer service. Looking forward to next years stay. Also - the beds are super comfortable.
Business stay for the week. The full restaurant makes it so easy, particularly in the mornings before heading to work. Rooms are excellent with internet hookups.
Had a 800 people party
Hall is good
Entrance good
Parking ample but meter parking that is not great
They had paid bar and basic whiskey 1 shot is $16 this is crazy 4 shots will cover the cost of a bottle
Food is Ok not the best
So it is kind of a expensive place but not worth.
The room view was lovely—really added to the whole experience. I only wish my holiday had been longer, because I would’ve loved to spend more time enjoying everything this hotel has to offer. Definitely a place I’d return to
Tanya was absolutely fantastic checking me in, very friendly & professional, great representative for the Hilton brand. It’s not often you encounter such a high level of customer service! Liz was also very friendly at the front desk too. Highly recommend this location, it’s very clean too!

We stayed in a spacious two-bedroom suite and appreciated the thoughtful fruit basket and card provided during our stay while the hotel was undergoing construction.
After checkout, there was a miscommunication, and once I contacted the hotel, Mohit Singh, Grace at the front desk, and Manager Marcos communicated with me professionally and consistently until the matter was resolved.
Special thanks to Grace for her exceptional customer service and Marcos for personally following up. Overall, the team’s professionalism and commitment to guest satisfaction stood out.
There for a conference. Great room. Food was excellent, water was always hot for my tea at break - it often is not. I took the time to write this though on the great service I got from housekeeping, Wilma. Nice to chat with and helpful during my stay. I checked out and left a coat in the room. When I saw her she was on the telephone insisting with our staff this be resolved right away. Appreciated as my co workers were waiting on me for a cab to the airport. Seemed people were busy and doing something else and her perseverance was most appreciated.
Great location, I was there for a conference, room was large and very spacious.
I checked in with a friend and we were told different information but other than that, highly recommend
Great hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and well kept. All staff are excellent. Tanya at the desk, Patrick in dining and everyone else make you feel connected and welcomed.
This hotel has been around for a long time. It used to be called Embassy Suites years ago. The exterior is still very fresh and grand, but the interior does show its age, still very esthetically pleasing looking down at the atrium. We heard that the main tower section maybe going through some updates and renovation in the future, while the southern section is newer but at a premium price. We decided to stay in the tower.
Room is neat and nice with everything well laid out. As mentioned below, the glass blocks are the only thing that's not good. This, of course, is a personal preference. Sound acoustic can be an issue as we heard people talking and laughing in the hallway while we were watching TV late one night. Overall, the experience is good.
