Extremely disappointed!!!! For years my spouse has purchased me a box of roses for our anniversary since we lived in Montreal because this corporation first opened in Montreal, Quebec, also their attention and the originally of assembling a bouquet of roses made of (cookies) were incredible and exclusive. Sadly they sold it and opened here in Ontario (Marham). My husband decided to drives today from Oshawa to buy my usual bouquet for our 34th anniversary and sadly they are under renovation the problem is NOT letting your customers know that they are CLOSED for renovation and you waste your time and gas by being loyal to their business but They DO NOT care about their clientele. Very Sad 😔

My go-to gourmet cookie shop in Markham! Family and friends always request for them when I visit gatherings. It says something when they live in the core of Toronto, where they have Craig's Cookies in many locations.
There's many cookies to choose from, but I recommend ordering the macadamia.

It was my birthday last week and I buy their cookies through delivery. I had accumulated points and also wanted the free 6 cookies they give for a birthday. The value of the 6 is about $10 but the cost of delivery is $15 and tax. So it would have COST me more for the delivery than the cookies. They refused to help me to be able to do my order with the points and get those free 6 cookies on the same delivery. The owner ignored my e-mails and the store no longer is responding either. This company doesn't care about its customers. I have been their customer for decades.

I am originally from Montreal and remember going into the stores when I was a teenager. This place brought me back to those days. The decor, the tins, the smell, the cookies! The husband and wife who run it are supper friendly. The cookies are fresh baked everyday. I was happy to see that they did offer "day olds". As a teen with not much money back in the day, I used to buy a pound of day olds whenever I'd go. It made me smile to see them. The cookies are rich, buttery, and soft. Far superior to Crumble Cookie. Far superior. We drove from Oakville to Markham, and look forward to taking another drive shortly, and bringing our 24 year old children, as they did not know the amazingness before, but once they tasted them, agreed with our statement of Felix & Norton's superiority.

This was our first visit to Felix & Norton in Markham and the service was outstanding. The couple running the business were very pleasant and knowledgeable. We look forward to coming back in a few weeks.
In my opinion, the cookies are far superior than those offered by their American competitor Crumble.
