Their chair is so old is actually uncomfortable to sit. Food is ok / on par to the price.

Do not trust their online ordering system or their so‑called “10% off” offer. We placed a takeout combo order through their website, and nowhere did it say the discount doesn’t apply to online orders. It feels deliberately misleading. When we arrived for pickup, they simply told us there was no discount — no apology, no explanation.

The service itself was just as disappointing. The website is unclear at best and deceptive at worst. And when I tried calling to place the order instead, no one bothered to answer the phone for 15 minutes.

Spend 150$ and food is cold. Cold fried food. Happy cny, not. Everything is cold! Such a ripoff.

Some of the shrimp in the fried eggplant dim sum are raw. The tea is bad quality for $2.50 a person. Even though the dim sum is cheaper at $4.68 for S, M, L, the quality isn't good. They added a 12% service charge on top of the 13% tax for a table of 3 people in the open area without telling us when we sat down. A service charge should only be for a private party group room. This is illegal. This is the first and last time I'm eating here.

I bought a lamb dish that cost 39 dollars (45 plus dollars with tax)
There is only 11 pieces of lamb some are pretty small. The picture below shows all the lamb in the pot
The taste is okay though.

The food is mid. But the price per dim sum is awesome ($4.68 for S/M/L)! This deal is only for before 11:30am or after 1:30pm. The service is decent too.

A very traditional dim sum experience. For the regular prices, the value is excellent, and the portion sizes of each dish are quite large. We came on a Sunday morning and didn’t have to wait at all, which was a nice surprise.

Nothing overly impressive, but definitely nothing disappointing either — a solid, reliable choice for classic dim sum.

This place I give it mixed reviews:

Most importantly the food was pretty good. Definitely not the best I’ve had but good tasting and portion size and fair pricing. But definitely something missing…just lacked flavour.

Service was positive from a timing perspective. Food arrived pretty quickly. But the staff just looked miserable; never a single smile and they spoke like they were angry.

Atmosphere was neither impressive nor degraded. Just average for a Chinese restaurant.

I’d go back if I was joining others but I’d likely not go on my own.
