This tea house offers great dim sum deals — only $3.98 for S, M, L dishes if you pay before 12 noon or go after 1:30pm on weekdays, and $4.68 on weekends. It used to be our go-to spot back in our student days, and it’s still just as good now if you’re looking for a classic local dim sum and dinner place. There’s nothing like enjoying dim sum steamed fresh in bamboo baskets — it brings that nostalgic feeling you can’t get from frozen dim sum at home. Definitely a spot I’ll always come back to, and I hope this kind of traditional restaurant keeps going strong.

Some waitresses had terrible serving manner. We paid cash but later found that they did not provide discount when we home.

Would recommend and would return. some of the food was really good, some not the best. The price was defiantly cheap! Definitely felt like I got more than I paid for.

The kitchen was a bit slow, but other than that the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The 4 dish menu, including a soup and steamed shrimp rice was only $97 including tip and stated on the bill that tips were already included.

The sweet and sour pork was a bit disappointing, maybe it will be better next time.

The Sou sauce stir fry pork chop was yummy, but quite salty

The lobster tomato steamed egg was really really yummy, definitely a highlight, hopefully it will be just as yummy next time.

The garlic stir fry spinach was good, a bit chewy, the veggies were mature.

The shrimp steamed rice was super yummy, in my opinion.

The $100 meal was nicely portioned, we had leftovers.

We went there for dim sum lunch yesterday. The dim sum dishes were delicious! We had left over to take home. If you go earlier in the morning, the price is even better.

Feels like home, I can’t tell whether it’s pre-prep food or what, but it tastes good

It's a famous Chinese restaurant, with good food and good prices.
A lot of people enjoy visiting three especially for dinner.

Decent restaurant with specials that is inexpensive but still offering great tasting variety of dishes.

The bill was pre set with 12% tips after tax . It is illegal! The fish is not fresh and it was not the type of fish offered in their menu! The attitude of the cashier is not good as well!

Good place for dim sum, they offer lunch combo and all kinds of set lunch and dinner for reasonable price. They have private room for party. Good for small, med and large group. They have bubble tea for the kids too.
