Very rude customer service! Have no idea how people can work at a restaurant and not be trained in basic customer skills. All they do is argue and show disrespectful attitude toward customers. Especially Salina, very rude server! I have seen many reviews stating the employees are rude and I can finally see that now. This place is not what it used to be sadly and I’ve been living in Markham for 15 years.

Completely unprofessional business, placed an order for two lunch specials but they charged me for 3, then on top of that when I confronted them about my order being wrong, 3 employees blamed my wife, then stated that she’s is in the wrong and argued with her continuously. I now understand why many reviews critique the bad and rude customer service, I will not be going here again as the customer service is completely horrible and even my own father and many friends have told me the customer service from this restaurant is completely unacceptable.I would clearly like to emphasize that Salina, is a poor server, and shows little to none knowledge of having customer service skills.

We found hair in our food and that was in more than one dish. I asked waitress for a bowl and there was a piece of hair in it. This was a empty bowl! Later we found hair in our manchurian fried rice. Very disappointing! Maintaining hygiene is key in every restaurant and this was extremely gross when we wanted to eat a meal as a family. ? ? not good experience.

The service in this place is disrespectful and disgusting. There were no manners incorporated. When we finished our food the waitress never asked if the bill was being split or if it was under one bill. She gave me a certain option to pay and said I was unable to pay with my other card. After I paid accidentally with my other card she stood there shaking her head and stated I should be charged extra for using my other card which the machine accepted.... I hope in the near future better staff is hired to feel welcomed and dine in. Will not recommend going here.

Frederick's is the GOAT of Hakka in the GTA. I know this is a controversial statement but I firmly believe it. Been eating here for close to 20 years. Favorite item is of course the chili chicken then the chicken pakora. All their other items are great as well but those are the stand outs for me. If you get take out during evening order in advance as can get quite busy.

Worst place ever, I heard a lot of reviews and thought of trying it. The customer service sucks. Ordered something and got something else. The staff wasn’t even ready to listen to the complaint and was very ignorant. Staff named shriya was super rude and had no clue how to resolve a complaint, instead started blaming us. The food was so trash and we have a bad stomach after an hour of eating the food. The owner needs to look into his business and make amends.
Went here for a quick soup and starter kinda early dinner ..!! Luckily we got a table soon ..!! It was jam packed for a Friday evening ..!! Sweet corn soup was great .. we ordered a chilli chicken starter which was nice too ..!! We did take out for chicken fried rice and chicken manchurian - the quantity was too much …!! Everything came so quick and hot ..!! Good customer service .. Definitely coming back for more ..!!
