Worst customer service ever I have seen. They charge everything in the bill ,but they don't have time to ask customer what items customer need in their the bowl or any other food item. Just They want to charge customer and give whatever they want. If you ask them, they say they can't spend time for every customer and asking them what ala carte items they need. Worst customer service. If 0 rating, I will give 0 to them.

Its my first time at Feta & Olives, I am at CF Markville branch. The bowle of Mix & Match of Salad was awesome, I am loving it more as I am munching the taste is mouthwatering.And Himanshi at the Counter, she is a professional and made me the Amazing Mix & Match Salad. Not good at all. If I could give it a 0 I would. The taste is just not there. The seasoning is extremely off and the food tastes like its been sitting there for days or reheated in dirty pans from previous day food. The service was ok, I don't love that the worker was yelling at customers far away to come over but unfortunately thats how its come to after covid. I would not recommend this place.

I would put 0 if I could food was so bad for the price $18 for a shawarma box and drink. Barely any meat. Salad tasted sour. I asked for salad and was given coleslaw. Never going back again. Tahini sauce didn’t taste like authentic tahini. Hot sauce not spicy.

Had diarrhea 30 min after eating from this place. Never tried it before now but the food tasted old. Literally just refried the meat and it was hard af. Sauces didn’t taste like what it should taste. Potatoes barely seasoned and rice was bad too.
Amazing food and service there. I had shawarma plate there. Good portion and amazing flavour. Will go again there.

The chicken in the wrap was so salty that I could not even eat it. The bread of the wrap was smelling. The falafel was all full of salt. I gave it back to the Indian girl who was the cashier and told her. She simply said we never had anyone report this and did not even offer a refund or any courtesy. NO customer Service shown. I gave her the tray of food full not even eaten because it was so salty! Other locations of this restaurant are much better that means the employees working at this location are messing up the food! IT costed $19 I ordered the chicken wrap combo! ASK YOUR EMPLOYEE IF YOU WANT!

As random as it sounds, I like coming to Markville to eat at Feta & Olives. The shawarma plate has generous portions and the side salads are very fresh. The service is quick and friendly. It's not just good "mall food", it's good in general.
