Had a large Italian sub. Fresh and lots of meat. Store is clean. Good value. Much better quality/value than Subway and Mr. Sub.

The best sub sandwich style in my opinion. The quality and portions are great also the staff are very helpful. I highly recommend this place
Fast and quick!
Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered a sandwich online and was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up well after that, only to be told I had to wait another 10 minutes. What’s the point of giving a pickup time if you can’t stick to it?
The staff? Rude, careless, and completely unhygienic. I watched them handle food with bare hands, no gloves, no handwashing — and one of them literally sneezed and went right back to work without washing up. I was appalled. There were cucumbers left sitting on a dirty cutting board surrounded by food scraps — totally unprofessional and disgusting.
To make it worse, the whole prep area was a mess. Boxes were stacked all over the place. I honestly don’t know how the staff can even work in such a cluttered, chaotic environment. It looked more like a storage closet than a food prep space.
I left feeling sick and totally put off. Unless they fire and retrain the staff, and get serious about cleanliness, I’m never coming back. Zero stars if I could.
