We ordered this chicken dish it came out looking green. My guests did not eat it we complained and the manager didn’t do anything about it. We were three people and they added the tip, I wasn’t going to tip. Would not go there again

Ordered a 6-person set meal for 728$ (a total consumption of 1019.25 includes an extra 2.32 pounds of king crab 174 in addition to the set meal)
The dining experience was very poor. Three or four waiters looked disgusting.
1: Poor service attitude. They didn’t discuss it with us and didn’t give us a solution. It would only make us look bad.
2: Changing the dishes in the set meal without prior notification or consultation, and without our consent.
3: Mandatory tipping. When we paid for separate orders, the first person set a tip privately when he paid. After the first person paid, he only acknowledged it after we asked, and said that we should let ourselves pay when others pay. Set a tip (because she knew it was impossible to get a satisfactory tip based on their service at that time)

It includes soup, king crab for two, typhoon shelter lobster, fried rice with crab paste, steamed squid, XO eel balls, beef ribs, bean sprouts, sugar water,

What happened: After we had seen the seafood displayed to us and had already confirmed the order, during the course of serving, we were told that there was no XO eel balls and we were asked to choose: beef tenderloin or sweet and sour pork.
We chose beef tenderloin cubes,
When we were almost finished, they served fried glutinous rice balls. They said that because there was no sugar water, they served us a double portion of fried glutinous rice balls, which was 24 pieces. It was outrageous. They didn’t ask us, didn’t apologize, and didn’t ask us. There is no solution and no good attitude, we have no right to choose.
We asked and expressed XO that the eel balls were not available until we confirmed the food. The lady who served the dish said: "Beef tenderloin cubes are 26$, which is more expensive than our eel balls, which are 25$. I didn't even ask you to collect them." Money!" came to choke us. Although we were speechless, but just when we were about to laugh it off, the aunt who served us fried dumplings seemed to go to the front desk to complain to other waiters about our objections, but our attitude was No problem at all.
(You spend more than 1,000 yuan and think we can’t afford to give you the price difference of beef tenderloin for one yuan? You don’t provide the corresponding dishes that customers want, but you still think there is something wrong with us? Why don’t you replace all the dishes with corresponding portions? Fried glutinous rice balls?
Then the other waiters took turns to deal with the problem with a very bad attitude. They came to ask us, "Is there any problem? What's wrong?" I replied, "What's the problem? What problem can we have?" She said, what's wrong with this glutinous rice dumpling? Problem? After I realized that the other party was here to cause trouble, we no longer needed to give face. I said, "Did you tell us in advance that there was no more sugar water? Then you didn't discuss with us what to do when there was no more sugar water." She said, "What do you want?" "Return the sugar water/no, change to something else/no" does not provide a solution, so what are you asking? As consumers, we have not received corresponding services and products, so why are we forced to accept other dishes? ? If you can't provide dishes, then don't make this money. If you don't have a good service attitude, you can refuse to serve, and you can go home.
I didn’t come here to be angry with you or look at your faces.

The food served was also tasteless and it was a pity to throw it away. The fried rice was fried just like white rice and didn't taste bad at all.
The ginger and scallion king crab has no taste, but the powder is thick.
If there are no dishes available, I suggest you replace all the dishes with equal am

Conveniently located just 5 mins from Pacific Mall. We had the place to ourselves on a Saturday night! Excellent food and exceptional service. CASH only, preferably Canadian for best value.A bit pricey, but we’ll be back!

Decor was nice. Ordered the 4 person Lobster & Birds Nest set.All dishes were good. The following were standouts:-Crab Meat with Seafood Thick Soup: contained a ton of different kinds of seafood-Sweet and Sour Pork: not a part of the above combo and ordered separately, pork was very juicy and tender and the batter surrounding it was thin but crunchy-Prawn & Scallop with Salted Egg Yolk: scallops were very tender and the salted egg yolk added a very nice bit of flavor-Lobster in Hong Kong Style: lobster tasted great and the meat was tender, this seems to be the only restaurant in the area that still uses deepfried noodlefish to complement the lobster instead of French fries

Great place for large groups that enjoy sharing and seafood. The staff will show you the live critters prior to cooking to confirm you like them. The quality is super fresh and tasty. All the different things they do to the food is amazing.

Typical Toronto Cantonese seafood restaurant located near Pacific Mall in south Markham.Must eat specialty was Canadian east coast lobster. We asked for garlic steamed cooking method, the lobster tasted very fresh.Surprise of the evening was the Plum Sauce duck. It tasted rich and delicious. All other dishes were normal.Service was decent. Decor was relevant.

Parking: Plenty of free parking in front of restaurant.

One of my favorite places for dining whenever I'm in Toronto. Great lobster, crab, and sharks fin soup. It's pricey but well worth it. If you want cheap eats this is not the place. The service is good though the staff doesn't get gratuities so be understanding.

The Typhoon Shelter flavored Vancouver crab is delicious, but the taste is more sweet than spicy. The portion of the set meal for two is quite large. Probably not enough to finish.
