Flaming Kitchen Markham is a casual spot for lunch, not too busy even on Sundays. The sizzling spicy rice cake isn't very spicy but has great cheesy flavors. The supreme beef rice is just okay. Despite great food, the service can be slow, with long waits even for simple orders. The restaurant itself looks old and run-down, with dirty utensils. However, the mushroom soup and chicken popcorn are decent. Overall, it's an average experience with some hits and misses.
