They now sell bubble waffles. I tried the original flavor and it was crispy between bubbles, but nice and soft within the bubble. Packaging is also cute!

The shop is on the top floor of the Pacific Mall, and they offer all kinds of Hong Kong café staples. There is a surcharge for using a credit card for orders below $10. The staff is friendly.
Got their egg waffle + cold milk tea combo and it was absolutely delicious! The waffle was crispy on the outside, fluffy inside. The milk tea wasn’t too sweet so it complimented the waffle.
Service was also friendly, plenty of seating space, will definitely be back!
