Clean, quick, and consistently good.
Food and price was ok, but mandatory tip is illegal.
Ever since Mings closed down, we've scoured the area for a good hk breakfast AND milk tea. This is the place! Great price, good food and smooth milk tea that isn't bitter.
A surprised find! Food is more than expected. Reasonable pricing nowadays.

Extremely overpriced food. Their menu says $16 for a chicken with rice but they said it's old price. The new price is $18 now. Wow, stop being cheap and update your menu so I won't even come when I see the price. Food quality is same as food court and they only charge $12. Other HK style restaurant charge $13-14 for the same dish.
The HK milk tea is tad small, other than that everything is good. Warm and Friendly service.
