Did not realize the special lunch only accepted cash and I had to run to the bank. Plus the manager rude comment: what is the point of leaving your food behind without paying. I am not going there anymore.
The service attitude was extremely poor and the waiting for a table was extremely unfair. We took our children to eat and told him there were four people. He said wait a minute, so we just waited. He didn't give me a number. The two families who came behind us gave us their numbers. , looking at the chat, they must be acquaintances or regular customers. Are we waiting in vain? Should strangers be treated like this? They are all customers

Misleading pricing of $9.99 for a 2 meats assorted rice box, I was very disappointed to find that this price is not accurate. I ordered chicken and duck as my 2 options, and my total came to almost $20 after tax! When I questioned the staff, they said that duck is extra. This was not indicated anywhere on the menu or in the store. I feel misled and ripped off. Be careful and confirm the price before you order, as it seems they have hidden charges.

1st time buying their bbq special … they put the non fresh meat at the very end of the box.. the meat smells stinky! I went back to the restaurant and the cashier blamed me for eating almost the whole thing and came back for it(unbelievable)the kitchen said they make it fresh every but it has a garbage bin smell I swear to god. Honesty I come here from time to time and the bbq special is $10 which is a very reasonable price. I just cannot stand their attitude and this is not how you treat your regular customers (I feel they just don’t care about my business) Hope the owner can investigate that. I AM NOT LYING!!!

But. Food overall is good. Service. Is honestly next level... Asked for 6 wine glass. They said they only have 5. No more... too many people... LOL...
Lobster is very good price tho. Well. If you ready for some good food with annoying services. Or you miss Asia so much. This is a good place.

Went there for weekend dimsum. Food and service were pretty good overall. Dumplings have good firm, chewy skin and a good amount of shrimps. The conpoy version was even better. The liu sha bao was better than average (in town). You can taste the yolk and it's runny. The rice roll was ok, but not enough shrimps. The ham sui gok was better than expected. It had a good crunch and texture with tasty filling. Price was on the high side. I guess there is not much competition in the area.

We went there on one of the busy Chinese festival celebration days - the Mooncake Festival. We went there early before the busy dinner hour started. Here’s my overall experience: 1. Staffs were accommodating and attentive 2. Food was ok. The only thing is their price went up bcoz “it was a festival”. We ordered a pecking duck, it’s around a doubled price for that specific day! They have a special menu created with all increased prices and those were the only things available for the night. Have to mention that the wrapping for the pecking duck was so good! 3. Tips were automatically added to the bill which I think I like given their service was decent. Overall, the food was ok, keeping to their standards. Service was good and attentive. Pricing was a bit too high if you go on a special day. I like the tip added to the bill. Hope they keep up their service.
