I got a deal from Uber Eats and ordered a Kale Caesar salad with added chicken and avocado. The chicken wasn’t grilled or marinated it looked like it was just boiled in water. The avocado was a very small piece, and the kale wasn’t fresh. The deal was priced at $16, and I added chicken and avocado for an extra $5, but in the end, they charged me $28.80. I don’t recommend this restaurant at all. The salad wasn’t worth the price. It was awful. This was my first and last time ordering from them.

The person who served me at the cashier took my order by my phone since I am Deaf and that person did not read my order properly and I noticed that the another person who was making my food was not following what I wanted so I stopped her and went back to the person who took my order and told them that they didn't read my order properly and showed them my order. That's when they realized that they made a mistake. What made the service horrible is since they made a mistake, they went ahead and charged me for extra 2 eggs after I already paid for the wrap! If they made a mistake, they shouldn't have charged me at all - not my fault!!!!
And what's more - no breakfast menu!!!! The other locations provided breakfast menu all day. Terrible and will not return back to this location!!! Not very happy customer!

The food tastes like cardboard because of the type of containers you guys use, especially when delivered...please change to plastic or anything else because I don't want to eat cardboard. This goes for any Freshii location not just this one.

Anything but fresh. The lettuce in my salad was browning on the edge. The tomatoes and cucumbers were soggy and squishy, it felt like they’d been out for days. Disappointingly even the chips were stale, they expire 3 days from now.
The cashier charged me $5.25 for making my salad a combo even though it says it’s +$3.99 on the board. The total was $23 for a salad, drink and small bag of chips which is insane considering the quality.
