The food tastes like cardboard because of the type of containers you guys use, especially when delivered...please change to plastic or anything else because I don't want to eat cardboard. This goes for any Freshii location not just this one.

Anything but fresh. The lettuce in my salad was browning on the edge. The tomatoes and cucumbers were soggy and squishy, it felt like they’d been out for days. Disappointingly even the chips were stale, they expire 3 days from now.
The cashier charged me $5.25 for making my salad a combo even though it says it’s +$3.99 on the board. The total was $23 for a salad, drink and small bag of chips which is insane considering the quality.

I feel their advertised meals are purposely misleading, I ordered a ‘special’ for $11 and end up being charged $17+, although the price was by the illustrated item there were long skinny arrows to point to ‘the other item’. Cashier didn’t adjust. Portion was small, taste just average, and a day old ‘freshness’. $17+ for a salad, you’re kidding me. Freshii never a first choice, was good a year ago, this was a disappointing experience.

Went there on a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was empty. I ordered 2 of the rice bowls, and they said they didn't have steak, so I had to get chicken for both. The sauces turned out to be a little spicy, even though the menu didn't indicate that the bowls were spicy. Overall they use fresh ingredients, and the food tastes good for reasonable prices. The air conditioning is a bit cold in the restaurant.
Wraps have been consistently great and service is friendly. Speed of service however could be much improved. Put in an order for pick up about an hour ahead of time and still had to wait 30 mins for my food. They need another person working or the one person on hand needs to learn how to better manage online orders vs walk-ins.

Go here if you don’t mind feeling complete ripped off. The bowls are now only being filled up to about 1/2 way. Apparently they are buying bowls that are too big. Lol. No idea how that is relevant or why they would do that. 2 lousy pieces of chicken does not make for about a $20 salad. Overall will not be going back.

We ordered lemongrass soup at this location twice and it was just lightly coloured water with noodles. Tasted like nothing. At other locations, this soup has such flavour. Avoid this location as it does not represent the Freshii brand.

I ordered the Greek salad with steak. The portion was a lot less than what other locations give. Not sure if I got a very sparse amount of salad for cost-cutting reasons or because it was on special that day?! Should’ve went to chipotle next door instead. Disappointing.
