Tried both Fruitti Mix & Tasty House as it looked the same. Tested out to see who would make a simple HK style milk tea better & Fruitti Mix won. So whenever I grab BBQ. I always get a drink from here. Never been disappointed.

Lady there was nice , but the bubble tea is just okay. Tapioca is not sweet and a bit overcooked. They also charge $1 for tapioca .

Carrot apple juice ($4 addon to tangerine green tea) was good, with a rich apple flavour. There was enough carrot for a more complicated flavour than plain apple juice but not too much.
Tangerine green tea (there was no milk tea option) had a good tangerine flavour with some tartness & a bitter edge (which might have been from the tea). The green tea flavour wasn't very strong.

Besides bubble tea this place has juices. They have flavours you don't find everywhere. Pear slush was good: well blended with a good pear flavour. It was on the sweet side.
