Fruity Juice Barrs Bubble tea

On the 1st of January, I visited pacific mall and landed at the fruity juice bar. The cashier was at the counter asked me to wait for a sec and went in and came back to take order. From the time I was waiting she was using her phone and messaging someone standing right at the counter. When she asked I have Ordered banana coconut slush (l). She was still busy on phone and asked if wanted to get any topping. I said I ll go with tapioca/boba. Saw her continuing to message someone. She then billed my order and asked me to pay $10.17, which I did. After the payment she said “ok one banana coco slush without topping” and handed over the receipt. I was surprised and replied I asked for tapioca !! And then she said it’s $1 extra. I asked ok should I pay tax again for this for which She said yes. Mmh that’s interesting right?? I asked why didn’t you bill it before and now I have to pay extra. She raised her voice and yelled at me “IT’S JUST 5 CENTS”. My question is why did you not bill it before ? And who do you think you are to yell at the customer?I then paid $1 by cash for the topping.Service doesn’t deserve a star. lolNOTE TO THE MANAGERS OF THE STORE:The way she was using the mobile phone for messaging someone while the customer is standing and placing the order isn’t professional in the first place. And secondly she missed to bill which is totally her mistake and then started to yell at customer. How much would you appreciate your employee to work this way!!!

Love having the taro slushy at this place inside Pacific Mall. The price is a little on the higher end. The service is friendly and the parking is free. Thanks

would rate 100 stars if possible, best mango shake in all of GTA. I have looked! always ripe, sweet, and delicious every time and I make the drive from oakville for this and noodles upstairs. always a lineup on weekends for good reason. their other drinks are on point too. quick and cheap.
