Absolutely authentic Shanxi Noodles, reminding me of the flavor of homemade noodles. Must try! Guoyourou is the most famous dish of the province and they make it very decent! Try the noodles with tomatos and egg base, that’s how local people usually eat it!
After practicing, I felt so happy eating a bowl of noodles. The amount of vegetables and meat in the noodles is very substantial, and the noodles can be refilled for free. Carbohydrate people are satisfied!
Simple restaurant for a good bowl of noodles at a very fair price. The noodles here are really good hand pulled noodles (menu calls them sliced). The soup for the tomato egg pork noodle bowl was delicious. Portion sizes for the noodles were huge - I can eat a lot and I struggled to finish mine. Service was really friendly and the atmosphere is simple (plastic chairs and tables).
